This was before social networking so when someone moved it was goodbye forever? WTF? So they didn't have phones in the 90's. I grew up in the 90's and we had AOL instant messaging,email,ICQ,IRC,etc. SO there were plenty of ways to communicate. I don't know if Taiwan had access to computers during that time. And even before phone people used mail to communicate. So that was ridiculous.

You need to use a VPN like HOLA or cyberghost.Since its region locked. I use czech republic through cyberghost.
