Love this drama. It's so good, so funny. I started laughing from episode 1, 0:01 until now, episode 11. Every episode is interesting and hilarious. The dialogues are both funny and serious. The acting is amazing. Love it!
I also love historical romances. I love the devotion lovers have for each other. Usually this devotion last for eternity. When a partner passes away, the other would mourn for the rest of his/her life without remarrying. Alas, all these stop in the drama world. In the real world, such romances are almost like fairy tales. Historically, most marriages are polygamies whereby men took into multiple wives and concubines. There was no devotion, no love, just lust, convenience, power and control. Nonetheless, I still enjoy the love stories told, and let myself immersed in the warmth of the devotion a couple has for each other. This helps me believing love still exists.
Today is Thanksgiving in the United States of America. I’d like to thank all my beloved Suibian friends here for the amazing journey we have shared in this beautiful drama. Without you amazing people, I don’t know how I could have gone through the withdrawal. I’d earnestly like to say, 謝謝.
I would also like to apologize if I have made any inappropriate comments and hurt anyone’s feelings over the course, 对不起.
Last but not least, I’d like to bid farewell to my beloved Suibians. Not that I’m moving on, but I’m having a firewall on my internet service rendering me unable to access this page as and when I want to. Though unwarranted, I come to realize that sooner or later, the gathering will eventually disperse as they say in Chinese, 天下没有不散的宴席.
Farewell, my fellow Suibians. 青山不改,綠水長流,後會有期. Hopefully we’ll meet again in HOB or sooner.
Found a Wang Yibo's crack video. This is even funnier than those made by Earl Hatter (a Youtuber) because it's original. Hope this video starts your day off happy:
Wow! You're really a drama fan, the amount of dramas you have watched. Kudos to you. As a matter of interest, why hadn't you awarded The Untamed a 10? Is there something missing for you for a full score, because I see you are pretty generous with other dramas?
Yes, though harder, I prefer the traditional way of writing too. The meaning of each character is so deep. These days, it's not easy to meet people who still know the traditional Chinese, unless one has come from Taiwan or is an older generation of Chinese speaker.
Yes, one of the best ways to learn a language is to listen to it consistently. For Chinese, many of the sentences are repeatedly used in almost every circumstance. Mastering a few of these sentences can help a long way.
