I really like it but I feel like nothing much is happening? Like, we only have three more eps to go but plot-wise it feels like we only have started yet because so little is happening. We don't have a conflict. even when it comes to their dream jobs it rather feels passive because they seem busy dating. especially Aera.
I don't really know how to explain it
I am rarely as proud of female characters as now.
I am so glad Seul Hee knows that it doesn't matter whether or not he slept with the intern, in the end he still spend the night there, in the end he still broke her trust, in the end it'll still hunt her and she'll always wonder if he is saying the truth, especially now since he kept telling a few lies.
I am glad she broke up with him knowing that he is crazy about her, knowing that he'll definitely regret taking her for granted. I am proud that she won't let her self be taken for granted.
tbh I think she always does pretty well, not perfect but good. she is best fitted to play warm and friendly roles but she did impress in K2 in which she was struggling from various psychological diseases.
I don't know any of the leads and most of them seem to be pretty inexperienced ... while I am still feeling pain from my sls of the 2015 version, I only started it for my bae Kim So Hyun because I knew she is a great actress. I hope this turns out alright. I doubt it will better than School 2015 but I am always open for surprises.
thiis is a strong noona romance. our hero is just barely legal. while I don't really mind it because it is his job, I really wonder how this will turn out.
I really dislike this drama. Especially the fm. She is almost everything I hate in female characters. also the plot and the acting of both main leads was very lacking.
That said, I can't even finish the last episodes.
I hope Seul Hee leaves Joo Man pathetic ass. At this point, I don't even know what his problem is. Why is he the bad guy when she's happy? Just spent some time with her? If you love her then show her. Not that difficult. I don't have any patience left. I swear he even went into that girls f****** house .... just leave her alone if you want her to stop. goddammit. What's wrong with this guy? This is how "nice" guys start affairs - "It just kinda happened one day" and "I am sorry I didn't intent to cheat on you" and "I was feeling like I wasn't good enough for you (that's why I cheated on you)" - I swear if they fight and he tells her that she reminded him of Seul Hee back then I am going to drag his ass all over the Atlantic ocean and feed him to some sharks.
For me, Joo Man crossed too many boundaries. I almost consider this cheating. If it was any other girl, I really wouldn't mind but everybody knows she is in love with him, he knows Seul Hee is very self-conscious because of her, they were fighting because their relationship already got "dull" and he still drove that women home and went into her goddamn apartment. I get that he helped her with the car accident but it should've stopped there. He didn't even know she "hurt her leg while pushing the brakes too hard (I call BS)" then Why, Why did he have to driver her home? logic?
whahhh I am seriously so annoyed.
Thank god Aera and Dong Man are so adorable. Thank god the focus is really on them.
Also, a lot of girls apparently don't like it if the guy asks for permission but to me there is nothing that turns me more on then consent. I love if the guy asks for her permission, I think it makes the moments until the kiss even more exciting.
I am not sure if the prosecutor chief killed Ji Wook's dad (what a lot of people seem to suspect) and then blaimed it on Bong Hee's. My first instinct would say yes, but my second is confused by the flashback of Ji Wook's dad kneeling and how the prosecutor chief had to reassure himself that he did the right thing. It just rather implies that a lot of evidence didn't actually complied with Bong Hee's dad but he ignored it (English is not my first language so I don't know if "comply" is even the right word but I think you get what I mean). If he still feels unsure 20-ish years later, you know he did sth. wrong. However, who gives a sad little kid a picture of a guy and tells him "this is your dad's killer"?
I am not even sure if we can trust Ji Wook's memories because he was so small and shocked. He may have seen the actual murderer but his subconscious replaced that face with the face of Bong Hee's dad because of the prosecutor chief's manipulation.
Also: Have we finally get to the plot that is written in the description?
Also2: Nara's role is currently waaaay to small to consider it a "main role". I wonder why that is so. The only thing she does is being jealous and drunk and kinda working somehow, though she doesn't seem to be that good at her job despite her good reputation.
Well, ep 25 and 26 were a little draggy because it literally lacked everything except great acting but it feels like the director knew that's why he blessed us with 27 and 28.
~ I can't cry. I can't cry. I can't cryyyy ~ (Reply flashbacks)
Also: the whole time I really thought that the intern was really pretty and I was feeling really sad for Seol Hee because her wallflower look just cannot compare but I honestly thought that the intern was really ugly in the confrontation with Seol Hee. Just shows how important your character is. the ex biatch is ugly too btw. her character is super nasty.
honestly I feel people should start with some classics like To the Beautiful You, Playful Kiss, Boys over Flowers and You're Beautiful. Because if you can handle the cringe, you are fit for basically any drama. also starting with the best ones, just leaves you thirsty in the end.
didn't Ji Wook also had a dream in which he saw someone die? I mean he immediately looked for Bong Hee but it looked more like a tall guy (I think in a beige suit). I really think that was foreshadowing so I am kind of sure that Eun Hyuk will get at least hurt. maybe he dies and comes back to life. who knows.
I don't want anybody to die though. I already cried with the future hunch guy. It's enough.
When you've seen all of these except 1 (Queen of the ring) and you realise you have too much time on your…
I've watched all of these and I don't actually have too much time. I am wondering what I am doing with my life. Kdramas are the reason why I can't succeed in life.
I enjoyed the kiss but it was still very very awkward. very very wrong. I mean I know forbidden love is to most exciting but still ... this is just too much.
I ship Jung Hee and Mi Young so much, much more than any other couple but not like this.
i hope they can turn some kind of twist in the next ep. Maybe it was a dream or a illusion ... maybe at least one of them already knows the truth. Idk.
On a side not. We don't necessarily have to interpret so much into that kiss. maybe for some people it is normal to give their siblings a peck on the lips. Considering that, it's only really wrong from Jung Hee's side ... what doesn't make it any less wrong.

this is too controversial for me.
