Finally saw this movie and I'm not regretting it one bit! It was so good! I was a bit hesitatnig since it's 2 hours long but it just kept my interest and curiosity in check without it feeling draggy. Unlike other movies, this plot moves well, the special effects are just amazing and it really is like the movie is pulling you into it. The visuals are just so amazing. Of course seeing Liu Haoran appear, made me scream a bit (loved him in his feathery outfit) but definitely stayed for everything including great plot, great directing, great effects and visuals and the amazing actors and actresses. Aside that, I felt sooooo sad. I was thoroughly touched by the story and even cried while watching. They should male more movies like this one!

I don't think you would refer but the characters do exist, for example Bai Liu Li (tho in this season it's another actor) and how the female lead might have conenctions to the actress playing the girl in season 1. It's a bit like finding Easter Eggs :P

Though this season is a prequel, I would recommend watching the previous seasons, especially season 1. There are recurring characters and also the actress of the female lead in this one plays different characters in all three seasons, so this must have a backstory as well. Imo it would be much more fun to find things out after knowing what happend in the previous seasons. Season 2 might be not neccesary but season 1's recommended ;)

I didn't finish Cinderella Chef because it wasn't my cup of tea but loved Part 1 of Untouchable Lover. Anyways, I thought she played the villian very well :D She obviously is a talent in romcom but i love her serious works as well

I came to know her in her villian role so I was so surprised to suddenly see her in romcom and romance fantasy dramas. She can play a serious role so I really hope she shines in this one
Wished Mike Angelo would still play his character but he's replaced by another one. Hope he's good. Also sad the Gu guy isn't here (loved him in both seasons). I'm also a bit surprised by the love line?! Will we finally see why Yue Qiluo always got conntected to him? ~
This truely is like a side story, it's about this one specific case they're investigating and it's only about this one case, like a short side story in the novel of a case. So that's okay, but the case or the story itself wasn't as interesting to me as I thought. Wen Nin also changed way too much, he's way too confident, what happend in this one year that he became like this?Also there's not explanation to why he has those chains again. The only reason I can find is that he's lacking a weapon since he had to fight barehand in the main series, so he got the chains to assist him because of lack of creativty to make another thing for himself. The acting is superb and I did like the little bits of humor in it! In the beginning, I really thought this would become a horror movie but fortunately it didn't! I also think the scene changing was a bit too quick or unnatural for example if it switched between Wen Ning and Sizhui. That aside, I still very much enjoyed it because it is like a fanservice movie.
I read somewhere vageuly that there will be a photobook coming out with the soundtrack of the untamed. Someone who has more details on this or who has a link for more information? Like when it would come out or anything? If it's even possible to buy for international fans T_T
