It depends ,and opposite like @Estelll said, most of the time. But here, i think maybe was not only editing, but also overall chinese law. They have some restrictions, especially public networks from TV, how many eps, what genre, and so on, they can air. at the time So maybe they extended it or simple decided to air, what Online version was unable to deliver, for the same reason. Anyway, most likely we will have some additional scenes/prolonged one and so on, but it's hard to tell. Maybe it's also duration issue? Not sure how long will be online version, TV slots are mostly 45-50 min, so dunno, drama starts on 20:00, ep has 50 min, the commercial break, aother goes on 21:08 or some other weird hour :P ...so i think maybe from what was cut or so, they create those extra eps. It happens in the past for so many titles in China, also so many re-runs, after years, has so many versions of it, sometimes difference is 1-6 eps, and so on, so it's common tactic, to have more than one drama version, for different platform or network.
Just brief note about theposter-bear with us, a little more.I know about the one on IQIYi, but the quality is uff :/ and it's squished, so if they will not drop something better, we will back to some old one, which isn't chara poster. So please don't reubmit over and over again the IQiyi one for now. Thank you.

Will see. The calendar is already off ( i mean the one which MGTV posted), so if more correction will be needed, it will be fixed. Becaue they dropping eps faster and more than it's in the original calendar.
