The story for sure is interesting and have so so, nice conclusion, still with something that little made me mad.
So first of all - from the very first ep, i had some doubts about intentions of most of the characters. I mean, for me it was or Akane is double faced influencer, or someone is lying to her. But i wasn't aware how everybody were creepy and selfish. "Boyfriend" who technically, wanted Akane only for clout, and felt like he "made" her, mother treating her like a crap, and worthless trash; and her so called "stalker"/bff and sister. And whole online crap.
But imo that was the "worst" in a sens - i belive Akane was able somehow to cope, with all the hate, from internet. The worst part for me, was that she didn't have mostly anybody, in her close environment, who will vouche for her, and help her, with pure intentions. Because even Yua and Himawari were imo more into, keeping the secret, than helping Akane, to some extend. And keep save, the Akane, they wanted her to be. Or wanted back, the one which is gone already.
Like - i think, that nobody wanted the "true" Akane. Only the facade. And also it's interesting, how all of them, were saying, they want her "back, to be the old Akane". But depends who we ask, they see her and different light, so i think that title and question have even more powerful meaning - like who i am? because all of these people, wants different Akane back. So which one i'm? or maybe non e of them? And it's sad, that nobody almost, accepted her for, who she was, and even when she was putting some mask, they still wanted something else. Like gurl, i would have identity crisis 24/7 with those people.
And indeed Anri's word hit me hard at the end. I mean, she probably said that, more to powerplay Akane, still - imo sometimes it's really better to not remember maybe? The only thing, i really didn't like at the end, is maybe too dandy ending? but maybe it fits also Akane character? idk. But still i would be little more mad at the girls.

Yeah, no need to panic. They have show schedules, and if it's not for international fans, it will air only for China or vice versa, and it's not always visible. Still ,they confirms the date, so it should be fine.

It's based on the movies, yes, but like @RilikesWux said, maybe it's about comparing titles or also we know already how China treats second seasons or so called adapations. Maybe it will be very loosely inspired by the movies, and they want to avoid drama from the Brotherhood fans? Also latetly China has a lot copyright issues, for years, they were also somehow avoiding it, even if it was clear rip off, so maybe that's also the case?
