The boy that said the line is 10 yrs old in the drama. I don't get why you have to be offended by what a child that is clearly ignorant of such "worldly problems" and saying it to comfort someone else. People get way too offended at the smallest things nowadays but this is just ridiculous.
"Spiders as big as humans in Africa" was taken seriously? I can't believe it. "Spiders as big as humans in Singapore" would not have been fit. It's like being offended by "Pandas as big as planes in China". Would you say "pandas in Switzerland"?? Obviously anyone would know a country/continent has much more to offer than just pandas or spiders.
The comparison of the spider's size to a human's should have been enough to emphasise on how young their minds really were.
Lee Sung Yeon and the dark childhood past really added nothing to this drama. They might've as well not been there at all lol which shows how weak to plot of the show actually is.
What's wrong with Secretary Kim is really a fairytale drama or what you would call a PERFECT romance. It went as far as even having a perfect mom-in-law. Enjoyed many of the funny aspects of the show but I wouldn't give it more than a 7.5.
