Yes, he "fades into darkness" after leaving a series of goodbye notes. So yeah, I think it means what it means. I don't know if by the end of the show she knows it though. But yeah, she was a very selfish character throughout the whole show. One of the least likeable FL I've watched.

This movie reminds me of when I started watching Korean movies (old boy, my wife is a gangster). It starts off almost happy and quickly devolves into darkness, violence and sadness. It's a good movie, but I almost wish I didn't watch it.

It was cute. I think I'll remember it for the good performance by the four leads. It was cute, and really wholesome, but other than that, nothing to write home about.
Except maybe for one thing: it was probably the first BL drama that I watched that was really kind to women. For much of all the BLs I watched so far, women are either non existent, or mean and stupid. This was refreshing departure.

Everything you said except I think the mom is her real mom from a first marriage with the man who has dementia. Then the mom found a rich guy and left with her. She was adopted by the rich stepdad (hence the name Hong). The older sister is the real daughter from the family, while the FL is an adopted stepdaughter.

Honestly I'm scared this is gonna be like The Last Empress (which was fine only because of the stellar acting but the writing was honestly all over the place). So many genres mixed in ^^'

I don't know if I believe that the husband is really clueless. I think he probably guessed at some point during the 2nd episode. Now I'm wondering if the rest of the show is him helping her cover up for her horrible mistake (since her calls have been linked to the bombing)

Yes that's exactly that! He calls his MIL to make sure she's safe and the MIL lies to cover for her daughter so he calls the kidnapper bluff. But it's not a bluff.

Oh also, I like when a drama has a very out there title and it takes watching til the very end to understand what it means. Really well done here. Once again, kudos to the writer!

This drama is the best BL romance I ever saw. I'm used to Thai BLs with the odd japanese one here and there for a palette cleanser. But this is my first KBL and wow! I didn't even intend to watch it, but I watched a small climb and got hooked!

I must say I was a bit worried after episode 6 because there was potential for a disaster in less expert hands but the writing, the directing and the acting just pulled it all off and tied up that ending and then some. I was astonished by how satisfying the ending was while still grounded in reality.

I'll need some explaining about some things that were probably lost in translation. Speaking of which, for the people who said they were confused, beware the quality of the subs you're using!

Because I didn't watch those dramas. But thank you for pointing them out. Could you tell me more about their characteristics so I will know what type of obsessed they are ?
