On Children of a Lesser God May 28, 2018
Despite the crappy subs and the slow pace, it was a well-written dark drama, with a few funny moments and lots of suspense and supernatural elements.
Shim Hee Sub and his complex and heartbreaking character stole all the spotlights!

It's getting more interesting week by week!
Relaxing, entertaining, with just the right amount of angst, family affairs and romance...

since she's the only one from the siblings without a love interest, I find it extremely possible to happen!

Honestly, I can't decide which couple I wish for more screen time, the past or present, 'cause they are both nailing…
I haven't seen such a scary and impressive psychopath serial killer for a long time!

Sometimes it's not the destination, but the journey that matters...
Unfortunately, there are only 4 (why?) episodes more to enjoy...

I would really love to see the two spoiled brats (Hyun Ha and Moon Sik) end up together, after some bickering and confrontation!
It would be much more interesting and funny than Sun Ha and Kyung Soo's boring and frustrating relationship...
Lee Mi Yeon, meow, hwaiting!!!

That's why Greek philosopher Solon said:"μηδένα προ του τέλους μακάριζε", which can be interpreted as: don't regard anyone as blessed/happy, before you see his ending...
What a waste of talent, what a waste of time, what a waste of our high expectations...

Title A Poem a Day
What a refreshing, funny, emotional, positive drama!
The story was nothing new or impressive: just ordinary people with ordinary lives, with no evil characters and well balanced comic-romance-drama moments.
Lee Yoo Bi as Woo Bo Yeong was simply delightful: funny, honest, hard-working, strong-minded... an excellent lead!
Strongly recommended to watch between more 'heavy' and 'sophisticated' dramas of this season!

How ridiculous all of you are.I was ready to jump down that entitled widow's throat when she purred at the cook's…
"How ridiculous all of you are." Really???
Will you, please, stop insulting all of us who don't (and will never) have the same narrow-minded opinions of yours?
You call us children (yes, I am indeed a child of my parents and I have two children of my own, so what's your point?), but YOU are the childish one...
This is a drama, for heavens shake, and you're not an appointed MDL judge of our likes, dislikes and reasoning in our posts, so why do we have to justify to your stereotypical mindset everything we post?
Even concerning this imaginary plot, why we must only empathize with the poor and ordinary and never with the rich and beautiful, is it a crime?
When someone is self-battling with a divorce, does it always mean that he/she stopped loving and caring for their mate and family? [And don't forget that she never cheated, or even replied to the CEO's flirting, with whom you so strongly want to mate her!]
Is it so natural and easy for everyone to sleep next to an unfamiliar body, knowing that it belonged to someone else's husband?
Is it that easy for a woman and mother to cut off two children from their father and destroy their family, so as to save hers?
I'm trying hard to put myself in this situation and it is very difficult, emotionally and ethically, to find the best solution, but for you, I guess it's only black or white...
So, if this questioning seems ridiculous and disgusting to you, try to find some politeness inside you and express it in a more civilized manner like we do, or keep it to yourself!

Yes, she's driving Hyun Cheol away. In a way, I sympathize and understand her because she's insecure and scared…
Totally agree! She should be more understanding and not demanding...
It's an unfathomed situation in which everyone involved is trying hard to become accustomed to, but she is behaving like nothing changed and nobody but her is hurting!
On the other hand, Hye Jin approached her first, not only once, trying to find a common place for further action, or, at least, to understand her side!

If it wasn't for Ra Mi Ran, I would start feeling veeery uncomfortable with the selfish turn of Yeon Hwa's character... Hyun Cheol 's father and daughter are more understanding!

I hope this incident will finally alert k-entertainment industry so as to stop promoting the concept that drunk and arrogant behavior is manly and totally acceptable/forgivable when you are young, beautiful and rich!
Fame and shallow character is always a bad combination, so let's see if that loss of fame will teach this ungrateful offender a lesson..

I believe that with this role IU re-established herself not as one of too many idols-turned-to-wanna-be-actresses, but as a professional 'grown-up' actress, ready to deliver any demanding role!

Title Live
Another very realistic slice of (police) drama from writer Noh Hee Kyung, who once again managed to deliver a powerful story and melt our hearts with all the team members stories and hardships, as well as all the sensitive cases solved.

For me, the star of the show was definitely Bae Sung Woo (both in action and romance), but also Shin Dong Wook and Lee Soon Jae harabeoji left the strongest impression!

The only weakness of the drama was the romance aspect of Lee Kwang Soo's role and the forced and unnecessary love triangle. While Shin Dong Wook had all the charisma needed for a leading romantic role (and I really hope to see him in one very soon!), Lee Kwang Soo was rather miscast: he always seemed frowning, grouchy or angry and his flirting was blunt and pushy instead of charming.

Special kudos to the drama's OST - beautiful songs and music, especially the song Carry Me from Family of the Year!

I'm really enjoying it very much!
Park Hyung Sik created a character of his own and it rocks!
And the main instrumental theme is sooo good...
