Be still my beating heart! What a dilemma, what a heartbreak, what a performance -for all three main leads! What an innovative story, what a wonderful outcome -for all of us!
Beautiful short story of friends-turned-to-lovers, with two adorable main leads. Kim Sun Ho, after two scene-stealing support roles in "Two Cops" and "Strongest Deliveryman" he gets a deserving main role, even though it's in a short drama. Looking forward for more!
During the first episodes what I really-really enjoyed was the refreshing romance approach this drama introduced: their flirting, touching, kissing, looking and talking was what real couples in head-over-heals love do! No awkward/accidental cliché-type scenes, no dear-caught-by-the-lights-of-a-car-at-night looks while kissing... everything seemed not forced, but totally natural. But now, I don't know exactly what went downhill, as many comments also state... Maybe the melodrama and the frustration are unnecessary increased and the pace reduced? Perhaps there are too many annoying characters (some of them even not that necessary for so many episodes, like the ex-jerk or princess-syndrome coworker Se Young)? I also have the feeling that something is lacking, but I'm still watching ...
Very enjoyable and easy watchable drama! A bit exaggerated and frustrating sometimes, but funny and interesting enough to keep me hooked. Balancing between rom-com and melodrama, not too serious and not too realistic, it's really entertaining and you should give it a try!
Excellent survey, analysis and interpretation! How much of your time did you dedicate for this, I wonder...!
Personally, I've completed about 535 (maybe I forgot to add in my list some older ones) and dropped 27-mostly from Comedy-Romance genre, but I have to admit that, for a few completed dramas, I've skipped some 'boring' parts.
Before I start a completed drama, I visit its page on MDL and see the comments of fellow viewers with whom I have similar preferences, so almost every time I finish it successfully (dropped 15 until 2016). But when watching currently airing dramas (unfortunately Ι was tempted and it became a habit last year) things are more risky since the 'haters'-'lovers' battles are sometimes misleading, so my dropping ratio increased (dropped 12 from 2017).
Dropping a drama means that I lost interest or something in it really annoyed me, so I don't feel guilty and I move on to the next drama of my PTW list!
I really loved your article and your optimistic and funny approach! ... and your being a BTS fan is a definite plus! :) Even though I'm rather neat and try to have less than 20 dramas on my CW and PTW lists, I found your tips really useful for future reference, thanks!
Interesting and intense short drama portraying the pursuit of happiness and the sacrifices/compromises one has to make in order to achieve it, as well as questioning the definition of happiness itself. Totally worth the (2hours) time!
Don't get me wrong, but I honestly believe that characterising a drama or a movie as trash is totally unfair and disrespectful of the work, time and efforts of all the people (actors or not) involved! I know that here we are just venting and expressing our disappointments and frustrations, but, even so, let's put ourselves in their shoes...
you can have an opinion and state it without belittling others. you can also respond to an opinion without putting…
I second that! So glad that more and more people are annoyed by disrespectful/aggressive posts! Like you said: it's totally OK to speak your mind, but some filters (at least common courtesy/politeness) are needed, so as everyone can still enjoy reading comments and engaging in discussions on mdl with fellow viewers about airing dramas!
I think this is the second best role of Kim Hyun Joo, after "I Have a Lover"! She definitely is my current girl-crash, after Kim Nam Joo as Go Hye Ran in "Misty"!
don´t go depress, just quit and watch Heirs or Uncontrollably Fond or sort, leave this JEWEL to us.
Believe me, I'm not at all easily shocked and certainly not by some (aggressive) posts concerning some dramas I watch during my leisure time!!! But I am easily annoyed if common courtesy is absent... Goodbye to you too :)

I believe that you are not obliged to give an answer to everyone who has a question, but if so, you definitely don't have the right to insult them !!! Check Camellia's answer: she's really trying to help and not patronize...

Can't wait!!!
My excitement cooled a bit but I will still give it a try!
A bit better than season 1.

If you like or dislike a drama, you just say so!
You don't have to write a PhD thesis trying to justify your opinion...
