This drama is an accurate example why I should never judge a book by its cover! So relieved that my prejudice for Go Ah Ra's acting and crying didn't stop me from watching this... now it's one of my favs! The whole cast fit their roles perfectly (and Go Ah Ra and L's acting improved a lot). Sung Dong Il and Ryu Deok Hwan are stealing this show!
Many congratulations and thanks for your engaging article! Such an innovative and deep approach ... a real food for thought! So happy to be reminded of Khalil Gibran's quote! Totally agree with your approach of Kimura's complex and multilayered character. Really looking forward for your next articles! :)
Super intense thriller, beautifully orchestrated! The acting was always on point, the suspense brilliantly paced... Unfortunately underrated and definitely a must-watch!
Even though the comedy, the team spirit and the music were lacking compared to s01, I still enjoyed s02 and some of the new characters it introduced. If the last scene is a spoiler for s03's new team, count me in!
It is unbelievable: when Jang Ki Yong cries I cry and when he (rarely) smiles I smile too... He's acting with his eyes and his gaze! When he glances at the TV or at a crowd and he realizes there is Jin Ki Joo in it, his facial expressions totally change andhis internal fight is emerging, and it is so heartbreaking, so real it hurts...
I really enjoyed watching it! Nice stories, nice pace, nice cast-team. Kimura Takuya was excellent, as always, both as a BG and as a single father. His comic moments were to die for!!!
Definitely a must watch! A unique, beautifully written drama, with a far from ordinary plot and excellent performances from all the actors, adults and teenagers. I found extremely innovative and challenging the emotional and ethical dilemmas this drama introduced, giving us in every episode food for thought concerning mostly family issues.
Kudos to the PD team for this small tribute!
My most anticipated drama of the year!
JKH at his best...
after a few hours you will be able to watch or download it with eng subs

But Kame was delightful, as always!
A bit predictable, but so lighthearted that it's not a bother.
