This drama was great, the music, acting even the cast it's self. It was funny,the chemistry wasn't had to look for. Geun suk us un amazing actor. I liked the mean yet so lonely personality. And the way park shin hye portrayed this role was so great that every version of this story tries to mimick exactly how she reacted to every thing. I simply loved it. However I think mio in the japanese version sang the song better than gu minam.other than that it barely had any other flows.but the storyline was perfect,the humour was there. In comparison to "your beautiful " I don't know which is better, because the story might have been the same but most things happened differently. And this one brought out rens OCD quite well. Problem was they tried to mimick the behaviour and reaction of the characters in the korean version e.g you know that thing that park shin hye does with her mouth but apart from that it was fantastic. The leader wasn't soo mean but also not so nice. In this one the main character was more passionate.... This drama has brought back the hope I lost after watch lu zheng seriously why do you love that drama. Anyway this one had politics,scheming,love and most importantly a dark but sweat prince. It was well planned,the shemes fell right into place. The palace was like a battlefield. The empress was too scary that, spoiler alert the emperor brought another concubine just to deal with the empress and fight with her. The chemistry was just right. The romance was great and the acting was spot on. This drama was more about love,betrayal and conniving it has very little politics which was disappointing. I finally did it ,After sixxxxxxty looong episodes I finally finished it, the story was great I loved the investigation parts, oh and the attendants where really funny., it was sad and funny at the same time. People think the politics we have now is rough, but hell has no furry like a concubine who wants to be queen. It was also one of those series that ended well. But it was long. I think it took two years off my life. And it lacked passion. And they all used the same facial expressions when they where thinking they all looked sideways then up. Then you would see the flash back. Other than that I liked the characters, huh jang ok Jong was a clever person really that's if this was really based on real history. When I read the plot, I asked what the hell would be interesting about a Joseon prince in the present era? Little did I know that the prince had the best collection of subjects he could have picked as he landed on the roof top. My god who ever chose the cast was talented they fit perfectly into their characters, yoon chuns acting is so great that when someone speaks korean I can now differentiate the phrasing of the traditional Joseon korean language from the present one, yeah he is that good!! This drama had it all fantasy,melodrama,Joseon period, day today, mystery etc but wat was really amazing was the fact that I couldn't figure out what really happened till the last episode, no drama has suprised me like this one. It was great from the first scene... Overall SUPERB!!!!
