She turns into a non-existent person, its not a body swapping situation. The shape shifting gets explained a little…
I so hear you on the plot inconsistency, there are so many details that confuse me all the time. About the people she turns into, I remember SG saying something about how she felt sorry for the people she turned into because those few days were all the time those people got to live. From that, I concluded that she turns into non-existent people.
I dragged my heels on this one because the summary made it seem like body swapping and I wasn't all that interested.…
She turns into a non-existent person, its not a body swapping situation. The shape shifting gets explained a little bit here and there, though its still mostly a plot device.
I really enjoyed this drama. The ending was okay, but so cheesy...... All car advertisement ...Three cars of the…
Glad to know I'm not the only one seriously peeved by two people in each car. Ever heard of car pooling, Sherlock Holmes *shakes head at the drama characters*. And this wasn't even the first time, they were always racing about in multiple cars, gah, I can't even. Product placement is frustratingly common place in k-dramas, be it: Subway, ginseng, fried chicken, cars, winter jackets... you name it, they advertise it. It's fine as long as it's not too blatant and doesn't detract from the story. I just wish they'd do eco-friendly and socially responsible advertising.
I was close to ditching the show at episode 3, as its nothing new or special story-wise, but then that hip hop bit happened in episode 3, and it was so funny and inspired that I'm totally onboard. The only problem now is that seeing all that food makes me incredibly hungry. Send help.
I'm really trying to love the latest episodes, but it has become quite draggy.. and a bit boring. :( I hope next…
Hahaha, IKR. It wouldn't have hurt the drama if they'd taken two seconds to show that Chae Won took a leave of absence or something. Agreed on the chemistry, it is really strong. The drama has been dragging from almost the beginning. Why do K-dramas insist on a 16 episode format. This drama would have been much better if it had been condensed into 8 or 10 episodes. SMH.
I've been musing on the office politics and power dynamics unfolding in this drama, and have to say, it's all so on-point. Office politics in the real world tend to be the same kind of circus, if not worse.
I hate that his "brother" is a little shit. I would have preferred some animosity but ultimately him coming out…
Oh man, I feel exactly the same. Gahh, this character is such a selfish piece of work. He doesn't even deserve to be called hyung. But then I started thinking about what if there was someone around to constantly remind me of some terrible thing that happened in the past, especially if I had a part in having that terrible thing happen in the first place. I would prefer too that the person who triggers all those bad memories isn't around. In that sense, I find his appalling behavior believable. At least he isn't the kind of hollow pointless villain that plague one K-drama too many. But still, he should be happy that SY was able to lead a semi-normal life, he should be crying tears of relief. He'd have to do something incredibly selfless to redeem himself at this point. He really hit rock bottom in this week's episodes.
taking some wild guesses what can bother some viewers, because that rating is just ridiculous:a. old people whining…
Hahahaha, 12 people have already completed it :,D That's the funniest thing I've read all week. This drama deserves all the praise. It's simply brilliant. I was initially worried too that Cha Tae Hyun's character is the prime focus of the drama, but thankfully, that was only in the first episode, and it's more balanced now.
One of the best and most refined dramas I have watched in a while, and I have only seen two episodes, so far.…
Hear, hear. I almost didn't watch this drama because of the low hype, that'd have been such a shame. But thankfully, I read comments similar to yours and saw the first episode and was immediately hooked. The story is deep and unfolding in such a natural way. Too many K-drama tend to be superficial, here's some substance at long last. This is without a doubt the best drama airing at the moment. More people need to give it a chance, like right now.
I haven't start this Drama as yet.Can someone please explain to me what sort of Supernatural this has?The summary…
This is my understanding of the supernatural aspect. The drama has been kinda vague about it so I could have understood it wrong :)
The male lead has supernatural strength in one arm and can't feel any pain in that one arm. That arm is also magnetic. It's an oddly specific ability. Not much has been explained yet about how he got to be this way. He has documentation for his magnetic arm, because he has to pass through metal detectors at his airport job. But the viewers weren't shown what the documentation says. His ability is going to be the main mystery of the drama probably. The male lead doesn't want to get noticed and tries but mostly fails to blend in. The focus of the drama so far has been on the inner workings of the airport and the day to day struggles, the supernatural element is the backstory. It has a nice slice of life drama feel to it, and has many interesting side characters.
