Don't have to watch 1 second of YuShen's nasty mom.

The show is so good I'm still riding the after effects and dropping in here every so often to check the forum/board.

First time I saw the headband was sported by Wang Yi Bo in The Untamed. But I have to say the styling is much better in MJTY.

Main couple = open but tilted toward sad
2nd couple = sad
3rd couple = happy

Open ending but overall sentiment is more on the sad side.

Gong Huan Yu (the eldest brother) was the mastermind. His reason was to avenge his parents’ death caused by WuFeng. In ep 22 or 23, Huan Yu explained in detail why he killed his dad and lady Wuji, outlined his schemes and how he executed his plan. He killed his father (not biological) because he found out his father wanted to remove his position as the potential Sword Wielder. ShangJue didn’t do anything to Yun Wei Shan after she got busted out of prison because it was all a plan to lure HuanYu into revealing himself as the mastermind. This was agreed on between ShangJue and Gong Zi Yu.

She is so annoying. I'm running out of tolerant juice.

Mom is a control freak who doesn't seem to understand her son's life is his life to live, and not a tool to be used in achieving her own personal goals.

GRR needs to grow a backbone and leaves that loser! Come on girl, have some dignity!

FL had to leave Gong Valley to investigate her personal background and promised ML she would be back in a few days. While at her supposedly family home, WuFeng was there waiting for her. The drama ended with the ML waiting at the grand entrance for her to return.

Mom is so gangsta. The Fu family is so messed up. I feel like I'm watching a 1990's soap opera.

It's because in actuality he's been controlling his emotions and holding everything in all these years, living his life with a facade. When his mom passed, he broke down and didn't feel like he should be pretending anymore.

The implying part was it when he said "there's no such thing as accident?" I don't remember or could have missed it if he made more explicit statements about FYS killing his mom.

Sorry, I don't feel bad for him at all because if he really did what he did, he's a bad seed. After so many years having a great brotherly relationship with FYS, he could just switch that off and start mistreating him? Just not a nice person overall if that's the case. Not to mention how he's taking advantage of GRR? I hope he still has redeeming qualities as we watch the rest of the show.

Mom is 100% toxic. Totally insufferable and suffocating. No wonder her dead husband didn't love her at all.

The brother is hurting or thinking of hurting FYS because it's the best way to inflict the most pain to FYS's mom since she loves her son the most in this world.
