I hope he remembers, too. I feel like since she didn't mention it to him, he didn't want to make it awkward for her and tarnish her image. Then she started to avoid him, he definitely thought she's not really into him that way, so might as well just sweep it under the rug.
They have great chemistry together even though nothing is really happening. I love watching them. I don't think it's an age thing. =) I've watched a lot of dramas and have loved couples from teenager to WAY, WAY, WAY older in age. It's all about the feel and connection. Glad we're able to enjoy this amazing show together!!!
Every episode is sooooo gooood!!! It has just the right dose of magic weaved in with some politics and mystery.
I don't know if Princess Rou Jia is good or bad, but I have to say Wang Li Kun does a wonderful job in showcasing a regal, calm, intelligent princess yet battling internal turmoil and practicing immense level of self restraint.
Dowager Empress is so rotten. Princess Rou Jia is just another pawn to her game and the Dowager doesn't care much for the Princess' happiness and wellbeing. She's telling the Princess to agree to a Northern Liang marriage. She's probably doing this because North Liang 3rdPrince wanted the Princess in exchange for keeping the secret about the battle.
Episode 15Lord Ding's first kiss as well as MZH's. But, he is unable to remember it!
Eeekkk...I'm still...suspicious.... =) Does he really not remember? I know the drama made it out that way and his actions seem to say he doesn't remember. But knowing his personality and being so good at holding all his cards close to his chest, I wouldn't be surprised if he DOES remember but opted to show differently. We shall see.

I think the Prince develops more respect for her and finds her more likable. I hope he's NOT in love with her because it would be awkward later on when his uncle and MZH are a couple. As for Northern Liang Princess, it does seem like she's enamored with Shen which is a good thing because Princess Rou Jia can see that she has competition now, whether she's willing to admit or not.
Why isn't anyone concerned about MZH's real identity being found out? isn't she guilty of deceiving the emperor…
If I remember correct, in one of the early episodes after FL took the exam, ML told her he deleted/changed all her background and profile so that she can start out fresh. I'm sure her identity probably will be revealed again later.
Wish there would be much more. It's such a shame that international fans are not appreciating this gem.

I am so confused why the Prince hates Zhuo Hua so much. Is he jealous cos his Uncle likes her. I don't get it
He was raised in a patriarchal society in which all powers are held by men in all positions. Only recently his uncle requested the Emperor to allow women to be able to take the imperial exam and hold offices if qualified. In brief, the Prince is just a byproduct of the time he was raised in.
Now that you mentioned it, I do remember having watched some Cdramas loosely based on Princess Taiping and her power struggle with her nephew. It does make sense then that Princess Rou Jia could be an antagonist later if the series is drawing inspiration from this part of history. Thanks for sharing good insights! =)

It's been rumored that he had been greatly injured during the last battle. Then during one of the early episodes (maybe ep 3) when she did an autopsy on the murdered dancer, she found out that he had been poisoned, plus he was using dangerous method to combat the poison, so his internal energy was all messed up and weakened. He was also not married. So, from all this, she thought he was injured "there" too.
You think she may want the throne? She did say, had she not been born a woman, she would have been able to do more. Or you think she's seeking vengeance for wrongs done to her in the past?
