I’m waiting for SDC5, too. Seems like Being a Hero has a 1-day/wk airing schedule at the moment. Hopefully more slots open up soon unless they air multiple episodes in that one day. I’ll take all the Yibo I can get because it’s never enough.

General and I

From today’s ep (41/42), when LBY was getting ready to go to war. I don’t remember the exact ep.

I’m only up to ep 2 so far and it’s hooking me in. The scriptwriter and the director do an excellent job in creating enough suspicious activities, prompting us the put our thinking cap on and be a detective ourselves. I’ll be following this drama and hope the ride stays entertaining. Not to mention, I love Yi Bo and Chen Xiao.

Somehow I find it so satisfying when TZ pulls his sleeves away from Sheng De/ lamp lady’s hands at the bed scene in the latest episode. It conveys his disgust for her so overwhelming he couldn’t even tolerate his clothes being soiled by her touch.

LBY asks NN what he should do if taking revenge means hurting someone he loves. When NN responds one decision ought to be more important than the other when compares side by side, LBY's somber face softens with a smile. I like this scene because he's happy and relieved the person he loves feel the same way he does deep down inside, that they are in sync and see things eye to eye, that she would understand his decision in general.

YS's mom knows her son too well. One look at YS's reaction upon seeing NN at the Liang's house, she's able to deduce her son is enamored with NN.

Wow. Crown Princess in quite something in ep 39. She really got us all fooled. No wonder LBY warned NN not to get too close to her and the East Palace. He really does see through people's schemes.

The scene between Zhao Lan and her father is so moving when he found out she gave her inverted scale away .

Anyhow, from this scene, it seems like maybe YuMo will end up with Zhao Lan in the drama after more information was revealed about the Heartseeker Bell. Yu Mo was able to make her Heartseeker Bell ring in ep 11, and whoever can do that is the treasure owner's soulmate. I guess the big question is it Yu Mo's soulmate, too, or a one-way soulmate? Thoughts?

I think we have the same taste in men! 😱
