After I finished watching this series I tried to watch Please Feel at Ease Mr. Ling of Zhao Lusi's currently airing…
I skipped all over the place with Please Feel at Ease Mr. Ling. Sighhh...just like you, it simply couldn't hold my attention. I also enjoyed Go Ahead.
May I suggest You Are My Hero? It's one of the dramas I used for my TLB-detox. Believe me, I have tried at least 20 other dramas to get over TLB, and none works other than You Are My Hero, and another lakorn.
You Are My Hero is a slow watch for me. I can only handle on average 2 episodes at a time, but the fact that I don't skip, and continue picking up where I dropped off the next day, it's a sign that it's worth watching. Give it a try!
Welcome back! You will help us to get 30k faster. I am pretty sure of that. Making this section the one with highest…
Thanks for the welcome back. I have no doubt also that TLB will hit 30K.
Hope Dilraba's new drama with YangYang is a good one. It's based on a web novel written by a very popular author whose works have been made into successful dramas in the past.
As for Leo, I remember him saying in one of the recent interviews that he has 4 works coming out this year. If my calculation is correct, that means other than the movie in August, there should be another drama/movie released in 2021.
Kinda disappointed how is it possible for Mimi to die when chang ge been shot so many times but still survive…
I don't feel a strong connection with Mimi, but I find it sad that that the screenwriter has to kill her off. Understandably, she did die in the manhua as depicted by the original creator Xia Da. For Mu Jin's happiness and also an overall "good-feel" of the drama, it would be so much better if he and Mimi are together just like the other couples.
But since the screenwriter has taken a lot of liberties deviating from the manhua, I can understand why she has to retain some semblance to the original work.
I just added a fan-fic short piece on a lips-kiss scene for fans who aren't satisfied with just forehead kisses. It's posted in the "discussions" section, but here's the link below:
Happy to see that this forum is on its way to 30K comments! Let's crush it and make TLB the #1 talked about series on MDL!!
For those who are still experiencing GS-PTSD, I hope you have found relief. I managed to "detox" myself =), but GS/TLB will always hold a special place in my heart.
Don't you just love his acting? It's soooo good!! With just a sweep of his eyes, it conveys such yummy-yummy message…
I love this FMV, too. If I can only pick 3 Gesun/TLB FMVs to keep, this one makes the list. The music is so perfect for the mood, and the creator is so smart in selecting the fitting dialogues to lend a dark and sensual feel of the Fifty Shades rendition. Nice editing with random black/white and speckle of red there and there.
Ok here's something on 49 that I haven't previously mentioned. When CG and Ah Sun are sitting on the log looking…

Did any one notice that most of the characters has moles on their face? hehehe
Yes, and the one on Ashile Sun is soooo cute. I'm so glad they didn't hide it under make-up. It sort of gives us a glimpse of the soft side of the warrior look.
Call me a romantic, but I like the idea that when Changge and LeYan was in town in their young days, they had their fortune read for fun about their future husband. Changge was told that because of where her facial mole is, she is destined to do great things in life and that she would one day meet someone with a mole on his face. If she ends up with this person, then it will be the greatest love of all - with prosperity and happiness trickling down multi-generations.
Except me...'cuz I've watched it 55x already =P

BTW, were you looking for the FMV on Fifty Shades? I re-posted and not sure if you saw it.
