IRL some people believe that the world is ruled by corrupt & evil elites who are protected by secret societies and deep state networks. Many of these people are tired of scandals being covered up (eg. destruction of the Epstein evidence & suppressing the list of names who visited his nefarious island) and wish to see change (eg. P-Diddy's current trial, hopefully.)

Some of this group also watch K-Dramas and/or follow the business of entertainment and/or global advertising and who are also interested in the revelations surrounding the KSH/KSR "affair".

Engaging in the way I just described: I have found myself occasionally prefering to attend to this board rather than keep up with my watchlist. And I must not be the only one to have done so.

The aunt who practically raised the girl who called her "auntie" just like millions of others commonly do so every day is indeed considered a de facto aunt, even if this is not in accordance with your pedantic complaints.

Who said it's fun? I'm saying it's engaging.

Weirder still that this mirrors and yet exceeds makjang scripted entertainment! I'm sure I'm not the only person who has— over the past few months, on occasion—postponed watching newly released drama episodes in favor of reading MDL comments on this and related boards.

LJH is a recidivist who once apologized to KSR's family for his past bad behaviors before immediately resuming his vicious attacks.

I get that you want to give this episode a low rating and/or wait until the full season has been released, but just because this drama is IRL doesn't change the fact that speculating about makjang plot lines is precisely why MDL forums exist.

Whichever delulu KSH fan who said "Gold Medalist didn't send the assassins, Disney did" should know that Disney would never hire amateur would-be assassins. If the mouse house was doing damage control, you would never even learn about it. It would assuredly succeed and the perpetrators would also be promptly killed to tie up any loose ends.

OK, I made that up. But to the Disney intern who is tasked with monitoring social media: Please tell your superiors that it's time to formally pull the plug on Knock-Off. Playing the waiting game is no longer working.

Keep your fingers crossed. As soon as the star ML gets exonerated for allegedly grooming and raping a child actress, and for allegedly hiring and sending assassins to America to murder a would-be informant, then this should finally get released. After a reasonable cooling-off period while the media uproar dies down, of course.

(Personally, I think they should recast the ML and re-film all his scenes. Then they can ride the positive supportive press, instead of fighting the negative news.)
