MJW as the lovelorn nerdy wannabe cool rocker dude, BJY, in love with an older girl, BSJ, made me cackle. 🤣🤣🤣 His confession took the cake. Is this MJW's most lighthearted role yet?
MC went from my least anticipated drama to being my most anticipated airing drama, LOL. We rarely see a departure from the cookie cutter bright, bubbly FL who deals with life with a smile plastered on her face in CDramas and KDramas. Even lesser so are the instances of such complex female characters being executed well. Also, the ML was totally justified in his decision to wait for her. Why get together with someone else and ruin their life knowing fully well that you refuse to let go of your previous partner? Atleast, he was self aware. Would have loved so much more of the rest of the gang. While the bullies apologising to KH seemed unnatural, I guess it was wishful thinking on part of the makers... to perhaps nudge such persons in real life to reflect, account for, own up to and apologise for their actions. All in all, kudos to MC, its cast, crew, cinematography, colour pallette, makeup and styling, direction, execution and overall production. This is a drama certainly worth watching.
Alright! Thanks for clearing it up. Tbh, I cannot think of any other movie or drama that did POVs as well as Flipped. Never expected to stumble upon Flipped fans here, LOL.
Thank you for your reply. I have both watched the movie and the book it was based upon. Totally agree about Flipped being an absolute treat. The movie is one of the rare examples of an adaptation executed really well. However, I am a bit lost as to how Flipped (one of the most wholesome movies I have ever watched) related to this one... Unless the OP means the way the POVs of the MLs in the movie were directed and executed. 🤔 Even so, the tones and genres of this drama and that movie are totally different.
Not unpopular at all!!!🔥He's one of my favorite actors and I wish he was the ML too...🥺"The Rebel" is my…
Mine, too! I hesitated to be more effusive in my praise for YKS, LOL. He needs better scripts. I have watched many as well. Akin to you, I feel that Rebel's entire cast and crew, story and direction were perfection. Another unpopular opinion: ABH is not particularly good. He feels like meh in everything I have ever watched and doesn't have that instinctive charm to make me forget that.
Unpopular opinion: Yoon Kyun Sang should have been the lead. His drama "Rebel" is one of the best sagueks I have ever watched and he was a force to reckon with in that one.
