im drooling from these pictures, thank you for the descriptions. my 1st kdrama The Jewel Palace was the inspiration behind my 1st attempt at Korean food. There is a bucket list of items i want to try when i get to visit Seoul (hopefully soon) as some of the items i have tried outside of Korea is not that great.
The storyline was interesting from perspective of Kdramas as this is not the usual theme. I dropped it after ep 2 simply bcos i cldnt feel any energy nor interest to pursue it further. The dead pan expressions from female lead and with both the male leads just didnt give any excitement to watch.
Agree w you totally abt the scene for Thank You. It remains one of my fav kdramas. my 2nd vote goes to Its Okay Its Love - i got to know Jo In Sung better through this drama. The credit for watching this has to go to Gong Hyo Jin whom i got to know through Thank You. Watched Autumn Tale so long ago and dont have memorable moments except that it was lot of crying.

i didnt enjoy it bcos i felt that Nae il character was over blown and YJ was too stiff. i watched bcos i liked Joon Won but somehow he failed to deliver in this. i watched SEK and thought she was pretty good, but i think she tried too hard and went OTT in her delivery of Naei il.
I dropped this... its about a woman's choice of being a single mother, which in the Korean society is still v much frowned on. But i dont like the amount of abuse being fetered out and some parts majang.
i cant understand why Se Dong's dialog is so limited and it irks me when she says wow. Dong Wook's delivery of Hong Bin is good, he makes it credible abt transforming into blade man, but really no chemistry between him and Se Dong character. im dropping this.
watched this when Fated To Love You was screening and i was curious at Jang Hyuk's earlier works. storyline is reflective of kdramas at that period. its dated bcos fo the clothes, makeup etc. but i enjoyed it. was interesting to see Jang Hyuk and Jang Nara 12 years ago and their chemistry. Corny, cheesy, funny and melo in some parts. good drama to go back to when you want to see how in the earlier works of actors/actresses you like. of course i wld now prefer Jang Hyuk's later projects as he has matured and i think he looks much better as he aged.
