I really I keep thinking back to how refreshing this story really was, every now and then. I miss these characters and their setting. One of a kind for me for sure.
Question…on a scale of 1-10, how badly will i get stressed watching this drama? 🤣
Honestly no stress till last 6/7 episodes lol. That’s when you feel like pulling your hair, otherwise this is actually really fun and enjoyable series and doesn’t take the audience as dumb.
Agreed, definitely was expecting better understanding and actions from ML too, some scenes felt way too childish…
Hahaha no ep 33 while I did make a face initially, once I realised he’s drugged and like you said all of the other hints added up. I was referring to even before, like before they leave the tea mountain. Certain scenes felt ooc to what I have perceived Fusheng as hehe
I actually thought the Duke's Mansion arc was good; it was full of veteran actors, but they sort of rushed it,…
“ If he could be in a stronger position, will he be willing to give that up to be in a lower position to be with RSB?”
This was exactly my expectation regarding the duke mansions arc and I did enjoy the veteran actors, but I feels they failed to execute it that way. Instead or focusing on the family issues itself for all the episodes, I think the show established connection with audience enough to spare like 2.5 episodes for the internal issues and explore the patriarchy of the general society more and show us how clearly amazing what Rong family has actually is and how LJL is a character that will automatically choose his love, no matter the world setting.
That’s what I wanted and was excited for. Unfortunately yeah it wasn’t done like that hehe..
Omggggg this was a 10/10 drama after agessss. Just. Nature, flowers, soft spoken good hearted characters, Chinese modern landscape, the kisses, the visual cards and ahhhhhhh green forest ML. My heart is melted sold and happy lol.
I binge watched it yesterday and my frustration is I personally don't care about forced kisses or steamy scenes,…
Omggg the novel had female emperor and women in high positions? Then doesn’t this current setting entirely differ? What point of the novel have the adapted then:O
