damn, this sounds honestly depressing. Sounds like a great journey that has disappointing ending that can leave one even infuriated. I think that's the issue with production that might have good intention, but completely miss the mark - sometimes good intentions lead to awful results, and a movie like that ending on the: well, I'll just hide it and it will be fine, sounds bad...

This is a weird watch for me. I can't say I'm enjoying it, but I also miss it and watch the episode the day they come out. Something really calming about it, even with the heartbreaking theme.

There is nothing really happening, half of the episodes are cooking scenes with Han Seok Kyu narration over, but it somehow feels right. Like, this show gives me pause to breathe and enjoy the moment.

Honestly speaking, I don't even think the romance is the best part of the show. I am here for Bai Lang's journey and slow healing process/improvement of his mental health.
