i usually check genres and first few tags, i don't even read synopsis lol and since there was no fantasy in the genre, i was a bit surprised with the huge snake dragon 🤡

I do not watch teasers and trailers for dramas at all, ever 🤡 i like going into drama blind.
I like to explore the plot as I watch and teasers too often spoil way too much.

oh god, the opening fight scene looks so staged it's actually finny. The choreography alone is fine, but the execution, not so much. The moves are just too slow, awkward and not powerful enough.

It hits me this episode... we have 7 left and Xue Ning has literally just started to maybe see something in Xie Wei and for now it's mostly pity lol And honestly I have zero issue with overall drama not really having a solid love lines, but here from the start it seemed like a set up for an angsty reversed harem, and then... nothing was delivered in that area 🤡

Also Xue Ning is losing me a bit as a character. I mean, episode fucking 31, she should know better. She is a different person than she was in the previous time line. Her behaving differently made others change and be different in this time line. But she still judges everyone by the old versions of them she knew. This is fine for the first half of the drama, not this close to the ending bits...

As for strictly episode 31-32:

Cannot believe they are truly trying to fit development of the romance worthy of a whole drama into two episodes 🤣

different rating systems I guess. Also, while i try to be at least a bit objective in reviews, my ratings are 100% unapologetically subjective and this drama is just close to my heart. I usually tend to rate dramas higher if the watching was a community/collective experiences and we had a looooot of fun with this show on feeds 😂

sure, I had some complaints I named in the review, but still. I sold my soul to Gil Chae, she is my queen and I regret nothing in my life, coz all the small decisions and choices I made led me to watch this drama and be bless with witnessing the perfection of the writing her character was.

there were two major aspects I disliked about how his story was carried:
1. How fast he got better taking into consideration how severe his issues were.
2. How they made the mother a victim and he was basically forced to forgive her, and how they tried to justify her abuse towards him.

Thoughts after episode 6 and the preview:

1st of all, look at this. Jin Seo Won starts to have some personality and Eun Woo's acting gets better 😂 This dude just needs to pick more vibrant characters.

2nd of all, THEM EYEBROWS! Eun Woo should quit that high school boy hairstyle and get that hair out of his face!

3rd of all - if I need to be a manipulative dick asshole trash for Eun Woo to slam me against the wall - so be it, I'm entering my trash villain era.

I never said I'm going to watch it for sure, I'm just voicing mu doubts with the idea that maybe someone would reply with clarification or their opinion on the subject.
