I noticed a pattern of roses being used in different stages of Rose’s life:
Yellow roses for the first love (that beautiful dress) and the rose painted on the wine stain on the wall. No roses for the toxic love. Red roses for the soulmate and love of her life. (one of the dresses she was wearing, red roses used during the gallery’s opening ceremony) Metal self-made rose for the self-love and freedom.
Tong Da Wei character? With Crystal Liu character?
I would say there is a potential for her to have a future relationship but as she mentioned, there is no need to give promises, a year is a lot of time and a lot of people to meet. I found it so realistic and wise.
I know y'all view Wanning as a victim and her fate was truly tragic but with the amount of people she has had…
Poor doctor and his family loosing their lives just because he was the one who found out she’s „pregnant” 💀 She’s killing people without blinking, treating them like objects, not human beings.
The way all the villains are exceptionally well written in this drama still amazes me.
Ji Shuran and her artist lover were the first story that stick to me, then we had a glimpse of SYR, who is a psycho who attempted murder on the woman he’s been stating he loved.
Fingers crossed for his future roles! I am really hoping his role in The Double will be his real breakthrough moment and will open many doors. He's really talented and deserves much more recognition!
Happy to say this, thank you for making this drama extra fun with the discussion! I enjoyed spamming and replying…
I haven’t been that invested for a while, discussions here were so fun and interesting! See you in another comment section, that was a pleasure for sure 🪭
I watched him for the first time this year in Legend of ShenLi and was kinda fond of his character but o lord…
I am admiring his acting skills, not the other way around! He was excellent in both dramas I've seen him acting, no doubts, this man is talented. That's why it's going to be so hard to move on from his character from this drama, it made me so emotional that it won't be easy to let go
