Last in a series of which the first was " Lovers in París " ( 2004). The second part was " Lovers in Prague " ( 2005).
gripping, complex & full of dark and futuristic themes, both of these dramas are absolute must-watches, particularly if you want to watch something special & unlike many other dramas
>> the execution of the dimension-switching in train is highly convincing, plus very reminiscent of the divided timelines in circle
>> similar overall vibes (although train is more supernatural? vs circle's scifi)
>> both focus heavily on investigations
>> the male leads suffer traumatic losses, dedicate their lives to protecting their loved ones & uncover some nasty truths along the way
>> ...with a side of thought-provoking (and often mind-blowing) moral/ethical issues caused by messing with fate (train) and memories (circle), and how these can butterfly effect to drastic proportions.

They are both period dramas with lovely setting and heartbreaks that will make you cry and afterwards you will be wandering around to find a drama to replace this one!
Although both dramas could be considered vastly different and have different vibes, there are similar elements. ; Female leads who gain strength through diversities to reach their destinations.
The story is similar, as four girls live in the same apartment. They live on the same floor and they have similar interactions and they slowly get together.
Both are taken from the same novel. Forever and Ever covers the modern day portions of the novel. Love Your Bones Forever 2 covers the historical (previous lives) of the main couple.
Both are telling the legendary story of Hua Mulan and how she went into the military in place of her father and became a great solider that sacrificed a lot for the safety of her homeland.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS. If you like So Wayree and you're looking for more, HUA JAI SILA is definitely for you! More angst and superb chemistry! and oh even its OSTs are so good.
This is the sequel to the first movie-part, which picks up right after the first part left of. :) The continuation of the Puppet Prince. <3
Male lead chases the female lead. Both dramas also has someone trying to harm the couple. There is a scene from The Night of the Comet II that reminded me of Well Intended Love. That scene was too similar.
In this also the male lead mother is dead who was the first wife of the emperor while the other prince mother is current empress who is also the relative (sister here, daughter there) of prime minister...so prime minister is trying every way possible to make sure his nephew becomes the next king
It has boss/employee relationship.
A possessive and jealous male-lead.
The last two episodes are spent with the male-lead groveling for all the shit he put the female lead through.
In both dramas the male leads wreak revenge upon the female leads for stupid unlogical reasons.
Both are Slap-Kiss lakhorns.
