It's relaxed but tense and while one takes place in a 90's high school and the other a modern workplace, they both make you feel emotional with the experiences of the characters. Misaeng is a little tenser since the adults' cut-throat world is harsher than that of the students' but you feel connected and moved by their stories nonetheless.

If you enjoy very well done, slice-of-life dramas, you will enjoy them both.

The leads critics the food and they really enjoy the food and show others how to eat them. Both dont center on romance altho dae jang geum has more of it than lets eat.

I think the fact that they're both about the girl having a one-sided, long running love for the guy and the fact that they are primarily set when the characters are adults and working in hospitals definitely makes "Koi Tsuzu" have "They Kiss Again" vibes. Certain similar plot points which I won't reveal because *spoilers*

Both are melodramas that involve first love separated and reunited. Bonus - Park Jin Young is the younger version of the male lead in both dramas!

Both shows focused on forensics. Medical Examiner goes a little more in-depth into forensics and the main character teams up with the police. Good chemistry between the trio and good cases.
