Both are medical dramas with strong, interesting characters and emotional, heatrbreaking moments. Both are thought-provoking, too. And have amazing cast, of course.
- Both have smart male leads with a hidden past
- Deals with memory loss in some sense
- Psychological
- Both series have major plot twists
- Definitely owns up to the tags suspense and mystery
- Both keeps you on the edge of your seat
- Brings up serius topics that splits you between two (or more) sides
- No real right or wrong (?)

Byakuyako is the origin story for White Night. I recommend watching the movie first as it will not spoil the drama for you.
Korean version of the same story - recommended to watch the movies before the original Japanese drama to avoid spoilers.
Because 3 of the actor in this drama played in the love by hypnotic... The story is quite similar too
It is similar in the way that they are both about family a long running drama, where you follow both the older and younger generation. Family constellation and love and relationship.
Almost same situation as insects awaken & eternal wave but the lead couple, one is single guy & a married woman(fake one). Warning, if you're not a fan of the actress, you probably a fan of either actors or a fan of this kind of genre to complete this series coz I'm out.
Undercover, fake married couple, conquer/colonise. 3 different China drama/movie but kind of similar situation. Wish they had new idea. Acting was great. Female lead better than Sparrow. Whoever frustrated seeing Ruo Yan situation in Sparrow can come enjoy his greatness in here. Unfortunately, haven't found a sub video yet
Similar situation, almost similar time of period, different nation but one same enemy. It's a live action from popular manga. Great acting, great plot. It's a roller coaster feeling. Friendship, Romance, politics. Enjoy
Both are lighthearted dramas about friendships and relationships. In both, the female lead is strong and into more "manlier" sports.
Both of them are about high school students who travel back in time! The male lead in this drama is mistaken as a vassal while the female lead in Splash Splash LOVE is mistaken as an eunuch. Both dramas are light and sweet!
Protagonist trains to become stronger and take revenge on those who ronged him in the past. He is naturally gifted but still needs to increase his spiritual power. In both stories they save the girl who then supports them on their journey. Protagonist has to keep his real identity a secret. While training, he makes friends who support him on his quest. Also, same actor playing the protagonist.
*The two main characters are from different worlds meet and has a romantic relationship
*The male lead has special ability to travel from one world to another
*The male lead has special ability to travel from one world to another
In both stories the protagonist trains to increase his spiritual power in order to take revenge on people who wrongeded him in the past. Having to hide their teal identity, they have to overcome many difficulties including some kind of sickness or curse in order to achive their goal. Supported by the female lead they make friends who will support them on their quest.
It follows the same plot of an undercover 'agent' who has to hide his identity in order to complete his missions.
Falls in love with the LI while on a mission resulting in her becoming his 'weakness' and someone he has to save.
Like healer, the LI starts off with a 'crush' on the second lead but eventually falls for the main guy.
You have your nice share of corrupt politicians and people in higher power.
The comedy feel in Healer is enhanced more in man to man but there is still a good amount of action/tense scenes.
I would really recommend watching this is if you loved Healer, both lead actors are great.
