They have a few things in common-
1)The setups for both the dramas is the school life
2)Both of these dramas focus on the eighteen year old kids worrying about their future,
dreams and love problems.
3)The main focus of these two drama shows are the school's strong friendships.
but,
A-teen explores the three points mentioned above in more depth than like. Like focuses more on the content creater part and the fun associated with this activity, also the bickering in love triangle and on the other hand A- teen has a different concept and focuses more on friendship and relationships.

Both are fluffy high school web dramas that allow you to choose the guy you want for the ending. Triple Fling has three handsome guys to choose from while Click Your Heart has four.
Both have:
- themes of the political side of the corporate world
- lead characters struggling from the affair of their spouses
- binge-worthy episodes

Demonic possession, exorcism, main character(s) a bit of a rebel/outcast, traumatic past. "Priest" offers the added element of a "Leverage"-type (U.S. series), secret group of experts working behind the scenes bucking the system.
Demonic possession, exorcism, main characters who are outcasts, Master & apprentice, Good v. Evil, childhood trauma.
Demonic possession, exorcism, personal sacrifice for the greater good. "Priest" has the additional element of a "Leverage" (a U.S. series)-type, undercover/secret team.
Ore no Hanashi wa Nagai is kind of "maknae on top" unlike Momikeshite Fuyu (youngest sibling is at the bottom of the food chain). But nevertheless, the interaction of the family members with each other are pretty much has the same feeling.
This tv show is similar to the movie but different actor very good so far you can watch it on iqiyi it’s on eps 4 now for free.
Diary of a Prosecutor can be considered like "the daily lives of prosecutors", while Live was the daily lives of cops. both are taking the realistic approach to these commonly seen jobs in dramas.
Black Dog can be considered like "the daily lives of teachers", while Live was the daily lives of cops. both are taking the realistic approach to these commonly seen jobs in dramas.
Both main characters are new at their job and they are struggling with it, also both 2nd lead characters are like mentors
Black Dog similar to My Mister because they both have cold, slow and calming vibes. I also found the female characters kinda similar
The smart power play between Dr. Na Yi Je and Dr. Sun Min Shik and others here is similar to the constant power play between Ha Seon and the antagonists in The Crowned Clown. The Crowned Clown has some really intense political twists as well, and every episode is enthralling. Highly recommended!
Both have themes with an older woman and a younger man, where the younger man helps the woman loosen up and experience true caring. Both are quite cute relationships with honesty and caring. Both the young men MLs are happy go lucky and slightly immature in some aspects, but emotionally mature. Both FLs are "uptight" in various ways, and in positions of slight power (CEO for Encounter, and a manager of a salon for Last Cinderella) at least compared to the ML
Both dramas are quite short and have great actors! They both are part of the coming of age genre, with similar storylines as both are about high school students and the struggles of studying and in general the struggles of being a teenager. Also, both dramas finish with an open-end, living the watcher to draw her/his conclusions.
