In both drama the male leads are nice and do sweet things for their lady love. (eg. Feeding her.

Both give off very warm and fuzzy feelings, except Neechan no Koibito has romance while Nijiiro does not have much.

Love them both! And the main leads dynamics are really similar, even their personalities are alike.
There's also no big unnecessary love triangle and the development is really satisftying.
The main difference would be that Lovely Us is on school and The Best of You in My Mind on college.

For me Lovely Us is what Go Ahead should have been. Shorter and light hearted.
It stays on school age, but the best friends/neighbor dynamics and Reply kind of feeling is really similar.
I personally think Lovely Us is more satisfying then the over-hyped Go Ahead. But hey, just my opinion.

Similar paced romantic comedies with a lot of good kissing scenes and relationship development!
Their more mature and yet idealistic, and the female leads are strong but cute as well.

The storylines of these two dramas are totally different. However, there are similarities in terms of communal life. In both dramas, the characters live in closely knitted communities where residents watch out for each other. Our lead characters are entrusted the tasks that require them grow up fast. In "Go Ahead", Ling Xiao (Song Wei Long) is required to take care of his whole family at a very young age when tragedies strike. Here in this drama, Ye Xiao Mei (Janice Wu) becomes the caretaker of an old folks' home at a very young age too. The soundtrack "Fearless" which is one of the OSTs from "Go Ahead" is played here.

Both dramas also show the reality of life - kids grow up and parents/grandparents grow old. When younger, parents/grandparents take care of the kids. Now old, the kids reciprocate the duty. Both dramas are heart warming, funny and bitter sweet at the same time.

Everyone has dreams or a BIG WHY that pushes them to succeed, or do their best despite obstacles, whether it's lack of resources, experience or even luck. I liked the messages behind both dramas that inspire us to dream. Dream BIG!

Both have thriller, mystery, drama, supernatural elements.
Really well done and have the same vibe to them.
Anyway if you've seen one then you'll most likely like the other as well.

Both dramas has lead who are faced with an illness. The drama revolves how they cope with their illness and live with it. An inspirational journey.

These dramas are similar to each other in the autopsy and forensics side. If you want to see more similar you could watch all the series of Medical examiner Dr. Qin. There are more than ten and I am sure you will enjoy them.

Same themed : 2 dads & a child...both are sweet and a bit lovey-dovey too.

It’s a magical tale with the right portion of mystery and visual aesthetics. The duty of life but changing through a close and dear person and the fight against those who cross that with evil.
Loved both movies dearly and rewatched many times.

While the plots are not really too similar (apart from rediscovering a childhood connection), I felt like the leads from both dramas are just two sides of the same coin. All characters have childhood trauma. The male and female leads from both shows are so similar: rather reserved, but feel strongly about X topic. The MLs have flashbacks and are a bit cheeky, using it as a coping mechanism. The FLs only remember the incident near the end of the shows, yet somehow find themselves drawn to the MLs. The brother in TSHLYE and the ceo in JBL are strikingly similar too.
Somehow the feel of both dramas was similar too. Something about the pacing, camerawork, set design, lighting—it almost felt like I was watching the same story told from two different perspectives.
I’ve rambled about the similarities, and by this point you might think that they’re too similar to enjoy both. And while that may be the case for some people, personally I found that the plots were different enough, and by halfway through the 2nd I had stopped comparing them. (Date 210430)

Dark souls possessed humans whom have anger inside them , both of them talk about people who is trying to stop this , also the female lead in dark hole was trying to chase the one who killed her husband as same as the male lead in uncanny counter he was trying to chase the soul which killed his parents
