Both cute series and cinematography is top notch! Stories are a bit different as Boys' Lockdown is fluffier and cuter and Better Days features more realistic themes. But watch both!

Main leads had misunderstanding at first. Also, the guy helps the girl conquer her illness.

The romance is somewhat similar. The plot to (hidden identity). Main lead is a bit of a playboy. But it also had everything I missed in this one.

In both dramas, jealousy and envy are main themes and the leads are long time female friends with an ambiguous relationship.
Kenja no Ai is much darker and more twisted.

The female lead is overweight then finds out her boyfriend is cheating then taking her on the path of weightloss with a famous fitness trainer. Along the way they fall for eachother and have the cutest chemistry! Highly recommend it!

Both dramas have female lead who is long lost children of wealthy family. There is also someone who acts as this lost child, but in reality isn't one. Adoptive mother is favouring her biological child. In each of these histories secret is involved.

Both tackle the idea of undercover cops in criminal organisations, but end up becoming brothers with the criminal they're spying on.
