HPL focused on art, romance, and family with a bit of corporate politics. AIL focused on art, romance, and corporate politics with a bit of family drama.

I feel the HPL characters were almost lifted from AIL.

Male leads were painters who lived in the US, they both had to stop painting, went back to their home countries, and became gallery directors. They found their way back to painting with help from the female leads.

Female leads were art students and became curators.

Main leads shared a past, although at different times in their lives.

Second male leads were both athletes.

Second female lead (there were 2 SFLs in AIL) met the male leads in the US, and claimed to have known and supported them when they were at their worst.

The ghosts in both dramas want to settle their unfinished business on earth before they move on. They both discover that they can possess a person. While they use the person that they possess to find about their deaths, they also help them improve their life.

Voice is the original Korean drama and Voice: 110 Emergency Control Room is the Japanese remake. The villain in the original is superbly portrayed by Kim Jae-wook.

While the main theme of Secret is not infidelity, both have darker romances of people falling for people they did not intend to fall for, and intense hate-to-love elements.

Both have infidelity themes, mature elements, and passionate attraction, while doing a good job of telling all sides of the story.

Both are stories of people who end up loving the wrong people, with main themes of infidelity, but tells all sides of the story.

-ML is in their particular predicament because of someone's greed.
Differences:
Puppet prince has a more darker and more tragic plot whereas Prince of wolf has a lighter, fluffier plot

Part two of Puppet prince is very similar to painted skin where they both have a second female lead who are both demons of sorts who gets in the favor of the male lead for ulterior motives and makes the male lead prefer her over the female lead/actual wife of the male lead. But when the male lead discovers the truth he goes back to his wife/ female lead.

Both are set in a hotel.
Both have a scene of mystery and suspense.
(SPOILER) Both have a romance that slowly blossoms over time.

Both are adapted from popular shoujo mangas, with a confident, seemingly cold lead that pursues a shy female lead. Both have physical contact elements.

Both series have very similar plot lines between the main characters. Love to hate to inevitable destined love and learning what it means to love. Theory of Love would be PG-13 where as History: Obsessed gets a solid R rating. Both are entertaining with the Theory of Love being more of a RomCom where History:Obssesed is a full on drama.

In both a family moves to a new house in a rich neighborhood. Both discuss education in Korea, the dedication and stubbornness of mothers with regard to children, and falsehoods in those circles.
But in A wife’s credentials, the children are still in primary school and the coach is a normal person and not an unscrupulous witch. In it you will also find romance and infidelity, but all very well executed!
This is not a satira comedy like Sky Castle, but it is a great drama!
In both the actress Lee Tae Ran plays a good role, and in both she practices Taekwondo!
