School bullying is the central theme, with the male lead being popular. The bullied heroine will now catch the attention of the apparent rival who was initially close to the male lead, because of the heroine's circumstances that caught the male lead's attention.
The heroine transfers to prodigious school and unknowingly gained the attention of various students around her because of her circumstances, and as a result gets bullied. Both heroines also try to give a strong front toward the bullying she receives, while receiving emotional support from love interests..
The heroine transfers to prodigious schools keeping their poor family standing a secret, but still end up being a victim of school bullying and alienation; because of her actions, she gained the attention of a lot of people around her. There are love triangles in both, but very decisive romance. Her love life take up more of the heroine's time rather than her friendship.
Both daughters attempt to keep their pregnancy a secret from their families for a short time. There are complicated circumstances that lead to this, so both families try and come to terms with it before supporting the daughter's happiness
School bullying and romance centers around the protagonist and heroine involved.
Heroine is bullied because the popular protagonist of the school is interested in the heroine. They are harassed by the girls in the school.

They both revolve around women at work place. Also they are in special teams. Have a very sad past. However Medical Team does not deal with supernatural as Higanbana does, but they are both equally interesting.
Both involve families being tested and exposed for what they really are. Both are very dramatic but Kaseifu no Mitazono is more comedic and tackles multiple families whereas Kazoku Game goes deeper and is more suspenseful.

Both dramas involve a special school that trains them and superpowers.
Both consists of supernatural powers. Also takes place in a school environment and has a love triangle between the female MC and the two male leads. The main male lead also dislikes the female MC at first.
I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BOTH but get ready for the sleepless nights. Best to watch this during a school break so you don't fail ur exams.
(High School Love On has a much better ending though, and is a KDrama while Super Star Academy is a Chinese drama.)

While Yae no Sakura is a taiga and Asa ga Kita is an asadora (different feel), both are great biopics of strong, unique women who had an pioneering impact on the rapidly changing society (i.e. Bakumatsu ~ Meiji).
