both stories center around two high school girls who don't do well in school and have bleak futures, and their tutors who motivate them and help them get into prestigious universities
A family drama with just as many chaotic relationships. While Father, I'll take care of you revolves around one main family dispute and how that spreads throughout the family, King's Family has a lot more going on around every character's relationship and problems right from the start.
Both main male character avoids his girlfriend so she won't be sad when he dies. Both are very sad and emotional.
Both:
Are fantasy
Are sci-fi
They involve the past and the future
Same actress that playes the main role
Same atmosphere
Sweet romance
Funny moments
Sad parts
Bittersweet life lessons

They have the same actress playing the lead couple and the couple in both dramas are so sweet and have adorable chemistry. They're both eye candy as well.
The chemistry in both dramas between the leads are sweet/adorable and made me root for them, though Love O2O has less obstacles.
Male leads similarities:
- Their family dies and they were adopted
- Both have secret superpowers that they are unaware of
- Both have cute, cheerful and 'takes all the blame' personalities
- Both will do anything to save their loved ones even if they have to die
- Gets stronger and clever as the story progresses
- They want to know what happened in their past
- Want to take revenge on the person who destroyed their family
Female leads similarities:
- Both female leads have met their fated love when they were younger
- Two girls fight over the male lead
The drama similarities:
- Both are in historical settings
- Similar situations
- Both dramas are supernatural/fantasy
The drama differences:
- One is Korean
- The other one is Chinese
These two are definitely very similar you should try them out!

Dramas are about guardians wanting to save a child from abuse by their real parents. The difference is that 'Mother' struggles through the forceful approach, while 'Hajimemashite, Aishiteimasu' struggles through the legal approach.
Both dramas plays through the life progression of the couples, where their partner has a permanent disability. How they met, the obstacles of them getting married, and the hardships of raising their newborn child.
Kimi no Te ga Sasayaite Iru regards to blindness, Ai wa Mieru regards to deafness.

The romance of the these two dramas are really similar; enemies fall in love with the same girl. Both female leads are smart and can help the male leads become the next king.
Should you give up revenge for a carefree life? Both Dramas ask this essential question. Bonus: Moon Chae Won acts in both.
The leads are goofy and a tiny bit awkward. The situation they stumble upon (soul/time switching) make them even more confused and hilarious.
Both leads are silly, funny and just the right amount of arrogant.
Both leads are hilarious without even trying. Feel-good Dramas to the max!
Both leads have great chemistry and give you butterflies while watching!
