Its also a music based drama...with leads being Jung Yong hwa and Park Shin hye since fans wanted them together so bad in You're Beautiful... Its simple and adorable..
Roles are kind of reversed, the guy chases after the girl in From Five to Nine. Gives off similar vibes. If you liked one you'll most likely like the other!
Similar to Love Rain, Classic goes back and forth between the past and modern day, following different characters with various parallels. They are both heartfelt love stories, with nostalgia thrown in and lots of feels.
story is different. entertainer is assembling of band and trying to fight politics in entertainment business/ trying to become popular
shut up flower boy band is about underground rock band who comes to limelight. make great songs. but they fall apart for various reasons.
but both have great ost. similar not exactly same kind of friendship. same feel on making album and loving music.

Rich guy, poor girl. Guy relentlessly pursues the girl and lets no one at all bully her - no matter who they are. He's totally in love and acts like it. Guy owns a business too and girl works for him. Lovely friendships in both dramas.
Both dramas are revolving around cops finding a serial killer. Very good selection of actors and actresses. The Girl Who Sees Scents is comparatively much less violent than Mrs. Cops 2. It is funny how both dramas start off with a scene of the female main character helping cops to catch a criminal around the mall. More description can't be given without spoiling the stories. You just have to watch to find out!
Main female character ends up living with her ex-boss (now part time boss haha) , and whilst living together learn to overcome obstacles. Their bickering reminds me alot of Hotaru no Hikari. Ayumu is quite similar to Takano :D
They're both about traumatic pasts and its effect on the main characters. They're both dark and psychologically complex! (love them both)
The plot line is exactly the same-- spin on Anastasia. The lead actress is incredibly cute and loveable. Beautiful secret has more frustrating characters though.
Both have a strong sense of drama-driven action in them. The scenes are well preformed and the movies keep you on the edge of your seats.
Both dramas deal with friendship and interaction between people with different background who all live in the same floor. Love Shuffle have men and women and there's more romantic links between them when in Ode to Joy all girl tenants makes it more intimate and friendly. both dramas contain some good life lessons to make you ponder over.
a circle of female freinds living in a metropolitan, strugling with life finantial matters, family and ways to determine their identities. both keep it realistic and funny at the same time.
Both are about a strong righteous female characters and their of fighting battles related to work while protecting everyone else. Both actresses are one of the best Kim Hye Soo & Lee Yo Won. Both dramas carry on strong message about work and life and gives importance to the supporting characters as well. Both dramas handle the comedy aspect very well and in both dramas the romance isn't essential but you can still feel it and it's represented in a very mature manner. Highly recommended.
Sports + Eye Candy! School setting and developing relationships! Both have a fun light hearted vibe which makes for easy watching with cute and charming characters.
In both the male lead has supernatural abilities that a mysterious enemy is trying to capture them because of. The secondary characters in both share interesting relationships and behaviors and can carry a scene without the two leads present. My amazing boyfriend is more on the comedic side whereas a different kind of pretty man tends to be melodramatic. Both are fun with lots of eye candy.
