Although these dramas have two VERY different story lines, the main female protagonist in Make a Woman Cry (Deok In) gives off a similar vibe as Yankumi in the Gokusen series. Deok In does her best to protect the young male students from bullies, and goes to far lengths to ensure their safety, even giving them life lessons during the way (plus, she's quite a talented martial artists like Yankumi). Although Yankumi is a teacher and Deok In is in the restaurant business, I felt like the slice of life/serious feel is definitely apparent in these two as they protect those around then, especially in/near a school setting.

Both dramas have cozy and refreshing feeling; surrounded by green colors of lively nature.
Both have girls who look the same and when the rich girl disappears, the poor girl has to take her place. Also the poor girl pretends to be the rich girl too.
They both have dobbelgangers in the drama
there is one rich girl and one poor girl that look alike, the rich girl disappears and the poor girl that looks like her takes her place

They're both dramas about workaholic female leads who took no time for themselves until they were told they have a limited amount of time left to live.
Both have a girl sneakin' into somewhere only boys are allowed.
In both dramas, the lead male realizes the girl's gender sooner than others and also doesn't warm up with the girl quickly although others do. In both dramas, there's a fun male character falling in love with the lead female without knowing she is a girl. Some scenes even have the same scheme and feeling. I love both lead males :D
