Both share the similarity of the two main male leads starting off on the wrong foot and then later becoming extremely close friends with lots of bromance. Both are originally based off of novels (Drama King based on a BL novel while XL is heavy bromance)

XL is darker and more serious than The Drama King, which is instead lighter and more comedic. XL is for an older audience while The Drama King is for younger audiences, but both have the same general feel to it, one is just more serious than the other.

In both shows, the female lead is a maid of the rich male lead and is completely faithful to him.

It's from the same franchise. They are both focused on Qin during Warring States, features various states scheming against each other, multi-party vying for power, well known advisors, origins of proverbs. Recommending 2 largely because it has subs on netflix and it's IMO the best installment of the franchise.

it is the same but just the Korean adaptation, which is also really good and I heavily recommend to watch.

My Far Far Away Classmate. This drama is also, alien that comes to earth, the FL was a great commander in her system of the universe, she had a battle where she lost many of her soldiers, her spacecraft was damaged which she ended up on earth and slept for centuries but waiting to be able to go back home. She wakes up but speed up her recovery so she can prepare to get home but ends up as a teenager. It’s a little low budget more lighthearted but unusual.

both are set in similar setting, a start up company trying to establish their own brand. way back into love shows the struggles of trying to make it in a saturated IT market.

This is the original adaptation of F4, dating back to the early 2000s. The classic starring Jerry Yan as Dao Ming Si and Barbi Hsu as Shancai. If you want to feel nostalgic and relive the times when people didn't use the internet, go for it!! I did not recommend Season 2 because it was really sad and frustrating.

They both have to do with dubbing and the main lead falls for the CEO of the company that they are working for or with.

It is rumoured that Xiao Zhan will be playing in this series. If it is true and there is also a second lead involved, then it would be nice to see him and Darren Wang play together again. The only similarity with these two series is that there are two male leads fighting for peace.

Both Kamen Rider series feature an amnesiac Rider who is 'adopted' by the family of the heroine (which has powers). There are also four main Riders.

Mr. Queen is similar to Bpoop Phaeh Saniwaat (Love Destiny) because both feature protagonists who travelled back through time. Also, there was a body swap since in the current time they have different bodies and personalities (as well as sex in Mr. Queen) as compared to the time in the past. Both dramas also feature good-looking male and female protagonists.
