Both series have main characters who start of as friends (with one liking the other as more) and evolving into uncertainty once the second friend realizes that they too like their friend as something more. This inevitably leads to the back and forth doubt and attempt to win his friend over.

From troubled and trauma filled main leads to trying and underestimated female leads these 2 are like enantiomers. The way they both progressed in a slow but peaceful manner and the warm encounters throughout the way is so despicably similar and the best thing in common -murder-. definitely give come and hug me a chance if you enjoyed when the weather is fine. even their titles make a complete sentence.-when the weather is fine, come and hug me-

The cinematography is quite similar and the connection of years between leads along with traumatic experiences that affect their love story throughout the drama. they are independent to their own charms but if you like just between lovers then the smile has left your eyes would be a close hit.

So i havent watched sky castle but these two dramas are very similar

1) death of a female
2) secrets come out
3) extraordinary you main character as a son/daughter of main
4) life and about 3-4 women and thier family
5) kind of romance unfolds

I just get the same vibes from both, the human emotions, the struggle, the tension, the connections between the characters and so forth, kinda even the fls backstories are similar

This the Chinese version. I have just recently posted the Korean version before. They all have the same bad boy group and the nerdy or awkward girl kind of thing so yeah try this too.

The Thailand version is darker and newer while the Korean version is cuter and older but they are all of the same storyline so if you like this you might as well try this

Both treat the theme of Cannibalism, a rather taboo subject. Anthony Chau-Sang Wong won the Best Actor Award in Hong Kong Film Awards (1994) for the character,Wong Chi Hang, the Main Male Lead in "The untold story".

Coffee and vanilla have lot of cheese, so do shanai marriage honey! I personally disliked coffee & vanilla because it have no story whatsoever, but it's kinda addicting that you don't want to drop it! Shanai marriage honey however have a baseline story, that how two stranger marry each other and then fall in love! But that story is limited to ep 1 only, after that i will say it's very similar to coffee and vanilla! The male lead is a bit cold / sadist! Female lead in both dramas are cute.

Akagi is just one man whose stakes are always death, his game is Mahjong, and no one can beat him though several try.

It is another survival game controlled by a higher power. Combined debt/greed and games with the consequence of death.

It is another survival game but this on adds greed like liar game. Gore violence and mystery abound in this title.

It is another survival game but this one has no set up and is more like "Hunger Games" than an unknown higher power running the show.

It is another survival game and transported to a different world/existance. Both contains gore and blood but this one has a more futuristic setting
