Both protagonist has supernatural abilities which later on ended up being used to help the police solve crimes. Both also deal with a complicated relationship with the main criminal whom the protag met during their childhood.
Both are mystery crime dramas where the lines and the roles between victims, investigators and assaillant/criminals are quite interchangeable and were quite blurred. Both dramas are very intriguing due to the fact you can never quite pinpoint who was it acting as an investigator, who were the victims and who were the true criminals as the truth ended up not being as straightforward as one had initially assumed. Also both dramas had Hirosue Ryoko playing as a victim character who ended up entangled in the many conspiracies in the dramas.
Couple dynamics between the main leads was quite similar. Both couples were attracted to each other but couldn't be together due to FL's (in)decision. In One Spring Night, past is holding FL back, in Search: WWW it's future.
Mature people, a bit sad, nostalgic feeling.

These movies are both bittersweet romance melodramas. (Pretty Dark)
Both movies start with a boy moving to a rural or smaller area because of a bad past or disturbing event.
SCW- Blames himself for his friend's suicide.
ASG- Had minor but noticeable behavioral issues and bad grades.
Both meet the female protagonist, who was outcasted and bullied because of their fathers. They don't had rumors about them.
SCW- Her dad is mentally-ill and accused of sexual crimes.
ASG- Her dad is an accused murder.
Pretty much about troubled boy moves to a smaller area meets a girl who's bullied because of the father's reputation. They fall in love.
Minor similarities: deals with animals as symbolism (or in general), snowy/cold weather area, the male protagonist stands up to the bullies and deals with serious topics.
Their endings are not what you expect as well.

Exciting and interesting dramas.
Give a fresh look on traditional medicine.
Both main characters are humble doctors that get discriminated,
played by skilled actors that win your heart
If you're interested in oriental medicine and historical doctors, Horse Doctor explores medicine in more length and depth, while LUTYN is a shorter drama.

Supernatural, investigation & friendship. What I love most(like guardian) is the CHEMISTRY & Bromance between the lead. Super strong. Great acting by all actor even the minor role. One house scene remind me of guardian when sw bring yl back home. This drama got an international recognition even a few drama after this reuse the evil spirit name in here.Dont worry, it's not that scary....
Historical dramas with never ending excitement
The main characters are both very lovely.
Although low-born,
continuously discriminated,
and fall in love with someone in higher status,
but they slowly climb their way
using their skills and efforts.
Both are by the same director, writer and network that produces those amazing long historical dramas

Family, friendship, politics. The plot is brilliant. You won't get tired of the storyline eventhou it mostly was about how to change & establish a new country. Every character have it's important role.
Kingdom is slightly different to Peninsula in that it is a historical drama with a zombie apocalypse pretense. For those who love zombie shows and movies, it will be quite different to see the circumstances with a zombie show taking place before modern times. Seeing how the characters deal with a zombie apocalypse before the invention of guns and other modern safeties is a wonder in of itself.
This one should be obvious. To understand the zombie outbreak that occurs in Train to Busan 2: Peninsula, watching Train to Busan (the prequel) may not only be helpful, but the first movie is entertaining, filled with amazing cinematography, script and acting on top of a star-studded cast with Gong Yoo and Ma Deong Seok. It is a highly acclaimed film with it being a 2017 official selection for Festival de Cannes. It is a brilliant film that will keep you on your toes as it is a very different type of zombie film.
Both are
- hilarious and
- involves switching body with people who have polar opposite personality
If you found one of them to be great, then the other is worthwhile

Reply 1988 is my most favorite of all the Reply series and that's because I love how all the characters had stories to tell and underwent growth throughout the drama. I laughed a lot and also cried a lot. I was inspired and nostalgic and bitter and hopeful... and that was how Prison Playbook also made me feel. It's one of my life drama along with R88 and Misaeng. Please give it a try and you won't regret it!
