This is a great movie and you shouldn't miss out on it at all.

Calla and Ditto were both made around the same time so they have similar cinematic feel. Both movies also have the same theme of star-crossed lovers who connect through time travel.

Both are Historical Cross-Dressing Romances. In both the fl is surrounded by four handsome male characters. The male characters personalities are similar in both dramas, for example they both have that cold swordsman type etc. Both dramas are also really lighthearted in my opinion, they give off similar vibes.

She ended up suddenly committing suicide after telling Gyung Hwi to live (not literally afterwards, but you get the gist).
For the past decade, he can't forget about her. However, one day, he wakes up to find himself as his 18-year-old self and it's a week before Na Bi commits suicide.
As the 18-year-old self, he was a loser, but he can't miss the opportunity to stop and save Na Bi from committing suicide. In order to do this, he has to find out what happened to Na Bi and the reason why she ended up killing herself, and of course, stop her from doing so.
Even though he is his 18-year-old self, he has the mindset and experience of a 28-year-old which will help change his gloomy past as he goes through his 18-year-old life.

Both movies show the dark/harsh side of society. They both carry a heavy load, but at the same time it is amazingly put together.
I will not say that you will like the movie silenced, because it is way darker and more cruel than better days (the movie), but it is a bit similar to the original novel 'the youthful you who was so beautiful'. The sad/harsh part is that silenced is based on a true story, but it is a movie that is worth watching once if you can handle the dark element.
While that being said, if you want to watch something lighter with a dark aspect, I really recommend better days. Though it pictures the harsh reality that some students face, it also shows the amazing connection of love between two people. The acting is amazingly done.
If you liked the movie, I also recommend to read the original novel, which is a bit more intense, but you get also the details, which couldn't be put in the movie. I find both versions amazing and really beautiful, but emotionally heavy at the same time.
