Cunning Single Lady is a romcom and funny while Temptation of Wife belongs to the family tragedy genre? Not really similar but both seek revenge on their husbands and funny fact the later one was mentioned/parodied in CSL-

2046 is the sequel of In the Mood for Love. Both explore love and loss, and change of feelings overtime. You don't really need to watch in chronological order as each can be viewed as a separate.

These two dramas have different story, and different plot, but both make you think about the way that one becomes a monster. So if you have a soft spot for psychopathic characters like I do, you don't wanna miss either of these two masterpieces.

Both have the same leading actor and actress.
In these dramas the female lead works as a celebrity.
In both the female and male lead didn't like each other at first and then start to develop feelings for each other. In both it's the male who realizes his feelings for her first.

Without giving away to much both dramas revolve around the activities of a network of mobsters. One is to do with drugs while the other is to do with loan sharks and human trafficking. Both have police forces trying to take down the higher ups of their respective illegal networks which also happen to have bad cop on the team. They also happen to have a love story which is more for plot reasons than genre categorising.

Both dramas feature introverted, poor female leads that have to deal with sexual harassement, and both are helped by the male lead.

Both are about the relationship of a spoiled well known actress with a man who endures her behaviour and slowly starts to have feelings for her.
Both are humorous.

Birth of a beauty has a more serious plot....but the male leads fall in love with the females while mentoring them, that's whats similar between the two dramas.

While watching this Drama it often reminded me of Empress Ki. It's the same type of story about the palace and plotting and backstabbing in the harem and which effects it has on people living through it. Empress Ki compared with Legend of Zhen Huan is a bit lighter though

Both drama's are about an individual from a non-political background who eventually runs for President driven by personal tragedies and circumstances in order to establish a better society.

Similar base story about working towards the unification of North and South Korea. As One does this though sports, Korean Peninsula through engineering and politics.
