Orange Marmalade and Blood are both vampire dramas.
In Orange Marmalade (it didn't air yet), if they follow the webtoon, it should be about a female vampire in high school falling in love with a boy who hates vampires.
In Blood, the vampire is a surgeon looking for a way to become human and trying to figure out who killed his parents.

both dramas tell of a love story involving an introverted heroine who has hidden herself away after a scarring experience, and an extroverted fast speaking (and cute) hero, who helps her step out her doorstep and into the world waiting for her outside.

Qin Zi Qi is very similar to Gook Seung Hyeon, both are heirs that have to go incognito into their own firm and the main female teaches them how life should be lived at work.

At a glance, these two dramas seem completely unrelated. However, both male leads are not only charming but also great at acting. Further more, both dramas have psychological aspects presented in an original way and manage to deliver serious messages with an exciting and sometimes hilariously comical undertone. Healer is more action-oriented, while KMHM is focused on psychological thrilling elements.

KMHM has a very different dynamic than It's Okay That's Love, but both include plots that actually focus on the premise of mental illness. KMHM does a good job of subtly showing us the pain that D.I.D. causes while keeping the show lighthearted and fun.

The on screen chemistry is also off the charts.

Both female leads come to live with the male leads character's family in a employee/employer capacity. Grandfather is same actor in both. Plus cameos from the High Kick series.

Both female leads are hermit stalkers who rarely ever leave the house. Relying instead on binoculars to watch their love from afar.

Both have female leads in a Noona relationship with very persistent, yet adorable male leads.

Both female leads play actresses that have over the top egos and go through reversal of fortunes due to unfortunate circumstances and misunderstandings.

both are hilarious from the get-go, and have great stories while avoiding typical kdrama cliches.

LOVE WEAVES THROUGH A MILLENIUM is the chinese version of the QUEEN IN HYUN'S MAN.

Both movies have some raunchy topics/language and are equally great romantic comedies. They're not close enough to declare plot theft, but otherwise give the viewer a similar range of emotions. Very highly recommend either movie~!
