Although the premise of both are different. The dynamics and situations are quite similar.
-The FL’s in both dramas are very naive and their personalities are quite the same. They don’t understand the human world and tend to act very strange and out of place.
-Both FL’s are away from their normal home
- The ML’s try to act annoyed at the FL’s but very protective over them.

I feel the vibe is very similar. The pace of both is similar as well. The whole idea of a group of people in a neighbourhood coming together. Both dramas start from a low point in the protagonist's life and set things right. The entry of the female lead is the turning point in both.
