They have basically the same plot. One disfigured character undergoes plastic surgery from an unknown benefactor, only for her to become a pawn to a grander scheme. She will have to endure the wrath of the people her look alike have wronged, only to win them over coz she has a good character. The look alike will return later when her luck runs out, and chaos ensues.

Not really that related in terms of plot, but they are both dramas are iQiyi originals that deal with mystery, crime and murder, but they both have the same feel and atmosphere as well the same level of suspense and not knowing who you can trust. Also comparable in terms of quality.

If you liked In a Class of Her Own, I really recommend watching The Chang'an Youth! They are very similar. In both, girls dress up as guys and enter a prestigious school. In both, a friendship develops between classmates. They are super similar, so I really recommend it!
