Characters of Both the ML and FL are same though Hana yori dango is a bit over the top ... it features high school love ...

Both the main leads are related to their past through an event of tragedy. The theme of unraveling the villain in Hello Monster is more on detective/police setting but in Lawless Lawyer it's more of trying to brace through the loopholes of the justice system. There is more action in the latter, and more psychological elements in the former.

Both are about a team of people with very different personalities working together carrying out their missions.

Both movies feature amazing one-man-vs-a-group fights and duels, which manage to be spectacular and raw/realistic. Both have a plot about martial arts schools and China before/during the Sino-Japanese war. Both are unmissable for kung fu fans!

The protagonist is a prosecutor in Stranger, but if you liked a smart lead, and the fact that the bad guys didn't have long periods of victory, Stranger would be worth checking out.

These two TBS dramas are definitely cousins!
Both are slice-of-life dramas that address the modern malaise of trying to find your place in a world where you don't quite fit in, all while navigating the ups and downs of love and life.
In both dramas, the female lead is a quirky young woman who often over-thinks and over-analyzes situations, which sometimes puts her at odds with other characters/society. These series feature an AI as the main. The story starts a bit similarly in both as in both dramas the robot is created by a parent who misses their child.

In addition to the similar main characters, both dramas have an unique investigative approach and the crime scene reconstruction when the main lead imagines himself as a criminal.

Both are about fortuity, chance meetings and other little things joining the main characters.

These series have a plot, a filming approach and accents of various kinds. However, a sorely specific situation is the basis of dramas. There are a prisoner's family and a victim's family. One day these families’ members meet each other.
