37.5 no Namida is a lot more serious and there's no body-swapping but if you liked the theme of taking care of kids like in Don Quixote you will probably like the former and vice versa.
They are both about fights and friendship. I personally think that KKOW has more slapstick and is funnier but both are a must watch!!!!!
Both are College Dramas that are light, sweet and will have you grinning in most parts of the show. The romance isn’t instant and the main leads started off just friends. Both dramas can be recommended for newbie kdrama and cdrama fans.
The comic aspect is very similar in both dramas, they use unexpected situations combined to the wild personality of the characters to create hilarious yet serious moments. The whole cast is on point in both dramas and both also have a deeper message.
There's the good/evil face-to-face but we also realize it's never all black or white.

In both dramas ML can't feel emotions and it's the important thing that influences the plot. FL in these dramas are kindhearted, brave, independent and they fall in love with ML despite his differences and try to help ML.

They're both beautifully filmed, slow-burn dramas. They both have low-key criminal/thriller plots that are secondary to the human relationships.
In Irresistible Love, Meng Rui plays a gay man who falls in love with the orphan his family adopts (though he is deeply in denial at first due to internalized homophobia). In Our Glamorous Time, Meng Rui plays a supporting character who is conspiring with another supporting character against the lead. They give each other a lot of meaningful looks that are supposed to indicate they are co-conspirators, but they overdo it and end up seeming like a couple for anyone who ever watches BL.
Content warning for Irresistible Love: homophobia, sexual assault, violence, jealousy portrayed as romantic

Both are episodic cases with one larger underlying case that's hinted throughout. Even though they are episodic, they aren't boring and don't drag. Plus, the characters' dynamics are kind of similar as well. Dele is more serious, better written, and the characters are more fleshed out but both are still extremely interesting and entertaining.
I recommend this drama just because both use iconic japanese music as part of their narrative, the difference though moteki used music from all era not just 90's.
Both shows...
1. Have an eccentric FL.
2. Have a ML who's reluctant to get involved with the FL at first.
3. Have a number of misunderstanding happening which eventually brings our leads together.
4. Have two love triangles.
5. Show a secondary couple.
6. FL's family is quite eccentric.

The Male lead also suffers from the same condition but this time the women change but he is still able to recognize her. And they start dating too. I got the same vibe. Both stories are nice but I still prefer the beauty inside
