Both are coming of age stories about teenage, rough, tomboyish, rebellious, really stubborn girls. In both stories, the love between leads are deemed unacceptable. In Massaya, it's love between cousins (who are not blood related). In SKD, it's about a loving niece and aunt falling for male lead who loves the niece. Both shows even have the same actor portraying the role of a caring friendly/avuncular/fatherly-figure "prince". In both remakes (2017 and 2018), lead couples have significant air time. However, couple time is much sweeter and less frustrating in Massaya (if you skip over the grandma and all those negative characters...). In SKD, it's mainly the female lead who stubbornly stops the couple from getting together.

IOTL is very heartwarming while JBL is a bit more intense, but I think they have a very similar feel to them. If you want a show that deals with trauma and mental health in a very realistic way, then both of these shows are amazing.

Prequel to the second season. It really shows you the roots of the show's now trademark humour. A definite watch to anyone who watched the first season or who enjoys out-of-the-box comedy.

Both the series take up cases from the past that are either unsolved or criminals being falsely charges. Both are well written and emotional.

about Nobunaga Oda, good story, good adaptations,
portrayal of The Fool of Owari, and how he could have become the fierce unifier of Japan, the quiet romantic angle of Nobunaga and Nouhime.
Funny scenes and hearty performances.

Same Revenge plot.
Childhood friends/sweethearts.
Secret/not so secret identity.
A little bit of slap and kiss.

For me, Hua Jai Teuan was more tame than Hua Jai Sila. I think HJS is a better option in terms of chemistry, skinship and drama. Also, I like for my ML to obsess over their FLs. Tor kept following and messing with Min as if he thought of nothing else. In HJT the male lead had a 'Friends with Benefits' (basically f'buddy) with another girl....(sickening! bleeah!!)

Both shows are satires which also have:
> Eccentric characters.
> Team assembling/teamwork.
> The leads are working against corrupt people with a lot of power.

Storylines are slightly similar.

In both dramas, the couples almost date before going separate ways and then meet again; one of them is a writer, and in both dramas the writers (one of the main characters) incorporate their lives in their writings; the 2MLs have similar roles (but it's more serious in ToL); they both talk about friendships; slow-burn romances; they are both overlooked dramas.

Temp of Love is a little deeper, more serious and longer, while Ex-Girlfriend Club is more humorous and the problems are on a less serious note.
