Dare You to Death Episode 8

This episode is heavy in the best way. Kamin’s guilt over his past mistake explains so much about why he tries to push Jade away. It’s not distrust — it’s fear. Fear of repeating history. Fear of losing someone he loves again.Jade stood his ground! This proves how strong he is, not just as a cop but as Kamin’s partner. When Kamin uses his authority to force him to step back, it creates one of their most intense conflicts yet. They both worry, they both care, but they express it differently. To release tension - Kamin brought Jade to the gym. The boxing gym scene is symbolic — strength, resilience and trust. Jade reminds Kamin that he isn’t responsible for everything that went wrong in the past. That reassurance feels earned and sincere.I didn't like that Kamin got suspended. But its understandable. We got come cute scenes from his suspension - lol. Him driving Jade to madness. NEW OST : “Wordless” by Dunk - Another added emotional layer to the series. The song reflects the quiet devotion between them — love that doesn’t need dramatic speeches to be real. His voice truly elevates the atmosphere of the series. Dunk's voice is always a weakness of mine. I will be listening to this for a lifetime. I can’t wait to see how Episode 9 unfolds.

This episode raises both the emotional and psychological stakes. The sweet date scene between Jade and Kamin makes you feel safe for a moment - then everything unravels with the news about Time. The pacing keeps tightening, especially when the dare letter arrives and reminds them they could be next.Kamin trying to handle everything alone by sending Jade away shows how deeply he's affected, but it only creates distance between them. Jade feeling pushed out of the case adds another layer of tension that feels painfully real. The confrontation and apology scene is the highlight. Kamin's vulnerability when he admits he hasn't shared his full past, and his plea - "Even if I'm not a good person, please let me love you" - reveals his fear of being unworthy. Jade's answer reassures not only Kamin, but the me too. It's such a strong declaration of unconditional love. The release of Joong's song "(Doubt)" makes the episode hit even harder. The song's message about insecurity and questioning love reflects exactly what Kamin is going through. Everything - from the dialogue, the tension, the music - comes together beautifully in this episode.

tried watching this a while back & didn't last long, as the tsundere personality is such a turn off - idk how that was ever popular. & the premise is weak - u can't force anyone ur child into ur field of work, just cause it's a family business - maybe if it was the mafia & even then, usually parents want their children to lead a better life, so they let them chose for themselves. **************& if there is another child - am guessing he was the one that was to inherit the funeral home, while the son that was afraid of ghosts would logically not be forced to face his fears. but suddenly the brother that should be running the funeral home, wants to force his brother to face his fears so he can take over??? & he is using funeral director Tang Du Zhi to browbeat him into submission??? ************************************************************************************************************************how ever u look at it, Du Zhi is Wang Zhan's subordinate just by the fact that Wang Zhan's father owned the business - & he treating him like crap only, to bow & grovel when Wang Zhan take's his place at the helm?? who finds this logical?!??? so yeah tough watch & this just the 1st ep ugh... also all the additional character's just adding to the complication... the way this progressing i think i am gonna drop it sooner or later...

i just don't understand why Si-yeol is the one with the fate to die when in the very beginning of the show they changed fate with that car accident so it was supposed to be Wooseok the one becoming a big soccer player anyway, that's what Eun-ho's vision was showing at the mall, episode 1 when she bumped into Si-yeol for the very first time, so basically Wooseok is truly the one supposed to die! no?

I loved how they finally cleared up a few of the cliffhangers and all characters are being setup for an amazing finish.

cute & all but on a whole it went over my head & was more frustrated then entertained - yeah the acting was great but it was too doom & gloom for me. yeah it's great that it showed the growth of both the mains & then them meeting up at the end but wont lie this was tedious & not that fun. not my cup of tea & for sure a one off

what....I'm so disappointed in this. like... all of them coming back to "life" as if nothing happened? That whole last episode was so unnecessary to me and rated the whole drama down to idk 6,5/10??? I guess good for them they have their happy ending.

before this ep i was sure that Sun got rid of 'Q' it would be out of anger - ironic that in this ep he is giving him his freedom, cause he understood that 'Q' was suffering & wasn't happy to help people erase others. this was bitter sweet. but as - when Sun requested to be taken out & he was back in the next ep - have a feeling 'Q' gonna come back too. even though given the whole vibe of this BL we might get a depressing end. ***************************************************************************************btw the reaper 'Q' meets in the future is Sun, so maybe him helping Sun change means Sun wont end up a reaper, but how that gonna help 'Q'? or maybe it's Sun's last wish - will reset 'Q's' future???

In this episode editor in 2025 finds out that 2016 editor injured because she pepper sprayed him. She makes the choice to tell him not to leave post it in book. This is like movie Lake House where Sandra Bullock saves Keanu Reeves 🥰 In this case however, it could mean they never meet. She is a mess and distracted at work so gets tasked with helping at a book signing. When there, she heads for her favorite book and so does another. They chat over coffee to discuss his book.😀wait for extra scene with credits 🥰

2 more eps left & idk what is what... who saved Sun?!?? was in 'Q' in the future? & am guessing he gonna meet Sun but then the 'Q' from the future is the Sun at the start of this BL - self-centered, spoilt, volatile... so they gonna repeat the same lives over & over? don't get it - also Sun still got one last person he needs to delete. will it be 'Q'?? but as they totally into each other idk

This is a story of two editors not happy with their bosses. One quits and wants Shenzhen to snow so he can spend more time to try to be a writer. It is 2016 and it snows! He is happy and leaves a post it in his favorite book. Turns out this is also the other editor’s favorite book, but she is in 2025. They pass post its back and forth and become friends. It was fun how they went to pink and blue. He is young enough that in 2025 he will only be a few years older. The last post it he suggests they meet and she is all smiles.🥰

zukyumpire is a humilitation ritual role i think you have to been so genuine & earnest in your performance to get it right so when the crown started shuffling around on other people . . . fm;okovkm;efgqerefkmo;cmdk;cmk;avsmk; after the silly stuff that jyutaro couldn’t whole+heartedly commit too there was really nice moments though like with yua where he played to romance genre perfection. i think jyutaro has grown more with m!lk to be able to make fun of himself & portray this type of character better in the future so let me hope for a future for him hehehe 。・:*:・゚★,。・:*:・゚☆ 。・:*:・゚★,。・:*:・゚☆ i actually thought this was a cool episode ,this was kind’ve a cool way to talk about cults to kids indirectly. make+up team leveled up these episodes though omg haggard zukyumpire looked good afffff & especially renge at the end of the episode. this had a great trio fight also ,before valvard joined in however i did not like how segmented gotchard & majade’s scuffs were. i also really enjoyed the ending where we reconnect with the main civillian & see her doing well professionally & confidence+wise it was a really nice thing 。・:*:・゚★,。・:*:・゚☆ 。・:*:・゚★,。・:*:・゚☆ one thing i am a little confused about is when the sisters are first defeated ,lachesisis a doll that disintegrates. like i guess she was just using it as a conduit but like . . . touch on it.

given the last meal i was sure Sun was ask 'Q' to delete himself - but understandable that he took himself out - putting an end to his suffering. but that is the problem with him he is too impulsive & from the start he should've demanded to understand the consequence's of his request. still there is so much i don't get & i have a feeling like i am watching a show put on stage about a Greek mythology where the language is old-timey making understand a lot of it impossible, even without the addition of analogies & symbolism. i need someone to simplify this sh* t - cause as is i am lost & bored, wondering most of the time am i getting it right & what am i missing... *************************************************************************************************also the convo between 'Q' & the flower/pub shop owner - is he Rain?!? how he connected to Sun's future? was he the one dying & 'Q' came to his bed-side?

am sure 90% of this is going over my head & i donno if it's cause i can't understand the symbolism of it all, or cause i am not catching the hints that r being dropped - well maybe it's a combination of both. either way it's turn into a really frustrating watch - both leads r either weeping or raging - well Sun more then 'Q' - ************************************************************had figured out a while back that the reason 'Q' showed-up at Sun's was cause he happened to drop into that weird flower-shop & bar combo. something was off from the word go & idk what Sun was singled out but he was & this "gift" was more a punishment then a 2nd chance at love - maybe if he survives the punishment he will be rewarded at the end with love. but considering 'Q' went through a similar fate only to end up as a half cupid that was still suffering maybe not **********************still this doesn't help me figure out what the point of all this is, as not one wish ever gave Sun what he wanted - if anything it progressively got worse. & still wondering after every new wish does the old wish get deleted - cause if this time Rain was the one that got erased, deleting a new human aint gonna help bring him back - no??? like i said i am confused
