Ryu shouldn't have let Johan go so easily

All good except Johan's left, and the baby somehow became a 4-5-year-old kid.

All this time, Sumiko and Ryu made no attempt to contact Johan. Why??? It wasn't until the very end that Johan's sister contacted Sumiko and told her something about him.

Bro, they lived together, and Ryu had known Johan for a long time through thick and thin, but he just let Johan go and made no attempt to contact him. That was the most unbelievable part of this tale.

human healing

if you’ve watched it’s okay not to be okay and loved it, you should definitely check this out.
the actors all did an amazing job by bringing the characters to life and the story was just woww just amazing.
it’s like those types of shows/ movies you can’t just rewatch but just want that feeling of watching it for tge first time over and over.

in the end watching this felt like not an escape from reality but a look through reality.

Not The Best But Still Good

The quality of the production was good despite not having a huge budget and the special effects were decent for the budget they had. The acting was pretty good for the most part and I don't think the script was too bad but there are definitely some inconsistencies in the storytelling. I can't tell if it's just the editing or if it came from the directing side as well but there are contradictions in some scenes and the flow of other scenes felt off like they were out of order or missing some context that might have come from a deleted scene. Overall I liked the story being told, it was the way it was told that could use some improvement. I didn't have any issue with the fact that the show takes place in three different languages (Korean, Thai and English) especially given the fact that half the main characters are aliens but some may find this irksome. They managed to keep it interesting with a couple little plot twists but nothing too outrageous or unbelieveable and they tied off the loose ends of almost all the characters in a way that was satisfying and actually kind of sweet. To conclude; I think this is a cute little multi-national BL that shouldn't be taken too seriously, just sit back and enjoy the wacky antics and romantic moments and appreciate the happy ending RaonWooju get that we didn't get from KimChay (KinnPorsche).

Anticipated adaptation but did not disappoint

As a huge fan of the original manhwa and the Blue String Universe, I went into this adaptation with high expectations, and thankfully, it delivered.

It still hurts knowing that the original manhwa got axed because it remains one of my favorite school-action series ever. Among all the Blue String Universe titles, this one always stood out to me because of its unique take on justice, bullying, and the adults willing to step in when the system fails. Seeing it receive a live-action adaptation felt both exciting and bittersweet.

The biggest highlight was undoubtedly Kim Mu Yeol as Na Hwa Jin. From the moment he appeared on screen, he embodied everything I loved about the character. The charisma, intimidating presence, confidence, and unwavering sense of justice were all there. As someone who has read plenty of manhwa adaptations, I can honestly say this is one of my favorite live-action portrayals of a manhwa character. He didn't just play Na Hwa Jin; he felt like he walked straight out of the panels.
Jin Ki Joo as Im Han Rim also deserves praise. While I wouldn't necessarily call her portrayal a completely accurate depiction of the character from the manhwa, she still delivered a strong performance. She brought her own charm and energy to the role, making the character enjoyable in her own way.

What I appreciated most was how the drama stayed true to the spirit of the source material. The themes of school violence, justice, and protecting vulnerable students remained intact, while the action sequences were engaging and satisfying. It captured the essence of why fans fell in love with the story in the first place.

As with any adaptation, there are a few changes and compromises, but overall, this is one of the better manhwa-to-live-action adaptations I've watched. For fans of the Blue String Universe, it feels like a rewarding tribute to a story that deserved much more time to shine.

I didn’t want to write a review

At first when I finished th show I didn’t want to write any review because there is nothing to talk about imo
The show’s story was like butter and knife to me. I feel like there is nothing twist nothing remarkable. I even forgot the show name few times after finishing it. The story was okish to me. I liked some part didn’t like some parts but in general it was not impressive at all

I recommend it

Overally I liked the show. Good story that I enjoyed (it had some problems imo that I’ll explain later but in general I liked it). It have great soundtracks. I love when the bubbly like sound start playing. Give me the feeling that we are finding some hints
The show is fun, have a good mystery emotional roller coaster between romance and drama; it also carry the story very well. My only personal problem is how the mystery goes on. In general it’s good but some aspects of the mystery feels like they were added without any plan. To be more accurate you see some flashbacks at start. The mystery related to those flashbacks are the main focus of the show and it carried out very well. But there is a small part of the story releated to that, that it came out of nowhere which I didn’t like at all. It was there to make things more understandable and acceptable but it felt to be added out of nowhere
Also imo they could add more fun scenes to the show using female lead being a fangirl but they decided to keep that just as some dialogues like there is a new event coming up and no more

Saved by the cast

The story started strong but became repetitive. In almost every episode, we're reminded that Ah-Jin is selfish, manipulative, and arrogant, with her childhood constantly used to justify her behavior. Despite the show's attempts to make her seem complex, she rarely shows any real depth. The only time she surprised me was in the episode with In-gang's grandmother, where I thought she might finally show some remorse, but that potential quickly disappeared.
The acting was the drama's saving grace and kept it engaging. The soundtrack, however, felt a bit heavy-handed every time Ah-Jin started scheming, the dramatic violins kicked in. I wouldn't watch it again, but it was entertaining enough.

Pete totalmente desnecessário e Gameplay aparece e some do nada... No geral, a série diverte, é interessante e vale a pena assistir, mesmo com alguns defeitinhos.

Peng Yu change never fails with that expression

I have tried countless comedy but when it becomes serious I totally drop it immediately. I thought it was gonna be different this time but sadly it wasn't.

No one can make me laugh like peng yu cheng does, when i saw him in the poster I immediately tried this (lmao in I am nobody). The way he delivers his lines is so funny and his expression is so on point which i think what other actors lacks when acting in comedy and is hard to be immersed.

Watch it for Peng Yuchang's brilliant performance, but feel absolutely no guilt about hitting the drop button the second the tone shifts. It’s a fun ride until it isn't.

Also hated that subtle romance LOL

I recommend you to try watching this, it's such a fun watch.

This show feels genuinely real and emotional, and you can tell so much heart was poured into the production. The chemistry between the actors is incredibly strong, making the whole experience way better. I also really appreciate the unique, slightly whimsical fantasy concept they went with here. My only real issue is that the pacing gets sluggish and feels a bit too slow at times. But even when the plot drags, that strong emotional core kept me invested until the end.

A hot, chaotic mess

oh. my. god.

Did they even try? 😭 That was a complete waste of time I'll never get back. I actually couldn't stop laughing at everything – this drama was impossible to take seriously. There is actually no more words needed, the acting was horrible, the script was horrible, the plot was practically nonexistent.

Not your typical cdrama - give it a try.

First, if they had just shown ML as the boy next door neighbor who takes care of the FL instead of making him the adopted son, the irrational hatred for this movie would be much less. They clearly have no blood relation as the ML is the son of a friend of the FL lead's father. However, many negative reviews will focus on this. The other complaint is the FL's voice. If you don't like her voice, then no review will change your mind, so I suggest you skip her dramas as she uses this voice in most of them.

As for the show itself, this is one of those no-skips dramas that keeps you riveted from episode to episode.
1. The background of Thailand is amazingly beautiful. You get to see the lit-up streets, the waterfront boats, even the cafe at the end is cute.
2. The acting is superb, special shout-out to the ML for playing that bad boy seeking redemption character and making it so real. The smirk he does at times says so much.
3. The racing scenes are fairly good, the inclusion of real classic street racing cars was a bonus (RX-7, GTR Skyline, S200, etc.) As a former street racer, these cars bring back so much nostalgia.
4. Story kept it moving, no filler episodes with pointless arcs.

Some people may dislike the noble sacrifice arc but there is another review on here that explains it so well what was going on in the ML's thought process. In this case, the trope actually made sense.

Highly recommend if you like action and romance.

Lots of cute, clingy moments but plot with a lot of inconsistency

I would recommend this drama if you like lots of cute moments in your romance, troubled MLs and stretched-out chasing.

What I liked: The FL's vibe was different from other dramas, friendships were more in the plot than most dramas, was angsty but without the major plot twists melodrama, ML actor acted his part quite well considering the role.

What I disliked: ML was a red flag (cute but if you have an ick with stalking behaviour then this is not for you), pacing was at times very enjoyable but other times not so much, plot was inconsistent and unbelievable from the start.

The plot was from the beginning a bit weird for me, I eventually got used to it. Lots of inconsistencies in plot, if this is your pet peeve I would say it is not worth the frustration. Also the ML was supposed to be a genius owner of a major corporation...he got fooled too easily for that. Watch this if you seek cute moments of a borderline stalker, obsessed ML, other than that it is a cure for boredom. Didn't think my rating would be so low when finishing the drama, which summarises pretty well that the shell of the drama (cute moments, actors' appeal etc.) are good but everything that makes a story truly click is missing.

Relaxing Watch

This was a relaxing watch with a side of eye candy. I'm a huge fan of everything Wen GeGe and this was no different. They had an almost visceral chemistry that transcended language, continents, and screens. I really hope to see these two work together again!
One of my favorite parts of this show was the beautiful scenic "grasslands." Although, Im not sure what Grasslands are, Im assuming its like the Outback or Central/South US. I think Ma Xiaoyu might have a remake of this exact story but I could be wrong. Either way, good job all around!
