Great action scenes!
What really made the drama stand out though was how naturally it blended action, comedy, romance, and suspense together. A lot of dramas struggle when trying to juggle so many different tones, but Healer managed to make everything flow seamlessly. The suspense worked extremely well because the story constantly gave you something to anticipate. There was always another secret, another connection between the characters, or another piece of the past waiting to be uncovered. The pacing kept things engaging from beginning to end without feeling dragged out.The comedy added a lot of charm as well and never felt forced. The lighter moments balanced out the darker and more serious parts of the drama perfectly. Instead of ruining the tension, the humor made the characters feel more human and gave the story personality. The interactions between the characters, especially during quieter moments, helped create a strong emotional connection with the audience.
Overall, Healer felt like a complete drama. The action was exciting, the romance was convincing, the comedy was entertaining, and the suspense kept the story engaging the entire way through. It never felt like one element overshadowed the others. Everything worked together to create a drama that was both fun and emotionally satisfying to watch.

Great Action but a Weak Story
The K2 had all the ingredients to be an engaging action thriller, but outside of the fight scenes, I found very little to actually care about. The biggest issue for me was the complete lack of chemistry between Ji Chang Wook and Lim Yoon A. Their relationship never felt believable or emotionally compelling, which is a problem when the drama pushes their romance as such an important part of the story. Every emotional scene between Kim Je Ha and Go An Na felt flat because there wasn't any natural tension, spark, or emotional pull between them.Go An Na as a character was also incredibly underwritten. She was basically your typical damsel in distress with almost no depth beyond being vulnerable and needing protection. Her entire role in the story seemed to revolve around giving Kim Je Ha opportunities to show that beneath his cold, mysterious, emotionally closed off exterior, he can actually be gentle and caring toward the woman he loves. Outside of serving that purpose, she barely felt like an active participant in the narrative. She spends most of the drama reacting to things rather than driving the story herself, which made her hard to invest in.
What made this even more frustrating is that the political side of the drama and the power struggles had far more potential than the romance did. In fact, I found myself much more interested in Choi Yoo Jin than the actual female lead. She had presence, ambition, intelligence, and complexity, which made every scene involving her more engaging. The drama seemed unsure whether it wanted to be a political thriller, a revenge story, or a romance, and because of that it never fully committed to any one direction.
Honestly, I didn't care much for the story overall. A lot of the plot felt messy or dragged out, and many emotional moments failed to land because the character writing wasn't strong enough. The pacing could also feel uneven, especially whenever the drama shifted focus onto the romance. Instead of adding emotional weight, those scenes often slowed the momentum down.
The main reason I stayed until the end was for the action scenes. That's where the drama genuinely delivered. Ji Chang Wook carried the physical side of the role extremely well, and the choreography, intensity, and energy of the fight sequences were easily the strongest part of the show. The action felt stylish, brutal at times, and entertaining enough to keep me watching even when the story itself wasn't holding my interest.

WU Keeps Surprising Me in the Best Possible Way
Honestly, WU keeps getting better every episode. What initially caught my attention was the fantasy/action concept inspired by Chinese mythology, but what surprised me most is how emotionally grounded the characters and performances feel.Sky and Nani have such an unexpectedly balanced dynamic as Niran and Pete. Before the series aired, I thought Niran would be the more playful and chaotic one, but Sky portrayed him as someone melancholic, emotionally restrained, and quietly lonely instead. Meanwhile, Nani’s Pete is intense, emotionally unstable, impulsive, yet somehow still naturally goofy and lovable at the same time.
One thing I really appreciate about Nani’s performance is how expressive he is even in silence. His emotional scenes don’t feel exaggerated — the small details like breathing, eye movements, trembling lips, and subtle expressions make Pete’s pain feel very real. At the same time, his action scenes are equally impressive. He makes Pete feel dangerous, vulnerable, and emotionally exhausted all at once.
The chemistry between the cast feels natural, the fight scenes are exciting, and the supernatural lore keeps getting more interesting every week. WU honestly feels like one of GMMTV’s most ambitious and visually unique projects lately.
Definitely worth watching if you enjoy fantasy, action, emotional character arcs, and darker supernatural themes.

My only criticisms are my own personal preferences. It is a bit too horny. And certain characters don't get as satisfying an ending as I would have liked. But this is not a rosy drama so not every plotline will be wrapped up with justice and comfort as the point. The story is more focused on being *raw* and really looking into the complex situations of the characters.
Well actually I do have one other criticism and it might be a big one, depending on how you want to look at it. But this film, at times, seems to be showing a dark side of sexual appetites and voyeurism... but doesn't the film do the exact same thing? Commodifying female sexuality for a horny ass audience... -_-

BS on top of BS
First of all, I wish China would get with the rest of the world and stop fetishizing mental illness. At least portray them honestly. It's an illness, nut a trope.Second, bipolar disorder is NOT caused by traumatic injuries to the head as in a car accident. Nor is bipolar disorder "cured." It's a life long illness, like diabetes or epilepsy. Instead of taking the opportunity to educate the audience, no, let's play up all the incorrect stereotypes. This does a huge disservice to those who actually suffer from this disorder.
Third, the ML is not exhibiting symptoms of bipolar disorder, he's just an a-hole with a 24/7/365 crappy personality. Symptoms of mania/hypomania don't exist at all times, and most are far more subtle than the heavy handed "acting" of the ML. Suggestion: actually research the disorder before seeking to convince the audience, because you didn't do much of a job this time. On a scale of 1-10, I give it a 4 because I'm feeling generous.
The FL is at least more believable, and she's cute. Unfortunately, not enough to save this show.

Started Strong but Lost Its Direction
Another drama where we get to the halfway point and it completely shifts into something else. I really liked the beginning because it had an intense mystery element that kept me engaged and wanting to know what would happen next. The early episodes balanced suspense, emotion, and time travel in a way that actually felt exciting. There was tension, there were stakes, and it felt like the story was building toward something meaningful. But somewhere along the way, the drama lost focus. Instead of developing the plot and its themes further, it became almost entirely centered around Ryu Seon Jae and Im Sol being in love with each other. The problem is that both characters seem to have no identity outside of that relationship. If you remove the romance from their personalities, there's barely anything left. They don't really feel like fully realized individuals with their own ambitions, struggles, or inner worlds. Both characters seem to exist solely for the purpose of loving and protecting each other, and after a while that became repetitive and emotionally shallow to me.
For people saying this is one of the best dramas out there, I honestly don't get it. The story goes in all sorts of directions and feels increasingly inconsistent as it progresses. The tone shifts constantly, plot points get dragged out or repeated, and some developments feel more convenient than well written. I understand that the drama was trying to sell this destined love story, and to be fair, both actors did a good job portraying longing, devotion, and emotional attachment. Their chemistry carried a lot of scenes, and I can see why many viewers became emotionally invested in them as a couple. Maybe that's ultimately what people connected with the most. But strong chemistry alone isn't enough for me to call something a great drama. What started as a compelling mystery with emotional depth slowly turned into a repetitive cycle of sacrifice, separation, and reunion. Instead of building momentum, it felt like the drama kept resetting itself emotionally and narratively.
I wanted more from the characters individually and more coherence from the story overall. The drama had a strong premise and a genuinely engaging start, but for me it couldn't maintain that same level of quality all the way through. In the end, it felt like the romance overshadowed everything else, and once the mystery and tension faded, there wasn't enough substance left to keep me fully invested.

"Even if a hundred criminals go free, we must not wrongfully convict a single innocent person"
That line from the Lawyer in EP. 10 is very true btw "Even if a hundred criminals go free, we must not wrongfully convict a single innocent person" but unfortunately they couldn't save Im Seok-Man from going jail...i think along with the victims, he & Lee Gi-Beom suffered most in this drama after being wrongfully accused. Poor Im Seok-Man, they make him confessed after torturing him so badly. his life was already hard enough with that disability but whatever little he had, he lost all. Not only he got life sentence for the crimes he didn't even commit even his parents turned their back on him when he needed them the most & most of all, listening to all those hurtful things about his disability from his own sister...that's really sad. he couldn't even revel his alibi because of his sister, thinking it could hurt her married life... it was really heartbreaking. Was this review helpful to you?

Leads couldn't keep me
Kim You Jung and Song Kang had really great chemistry that felt very natural throughout the drama. Their interactions were easily the strongest part of the series, and they carried many of the emotional scenes well.Kim You Jung as Do Do Hee portrayed the character extremely well. She perfectly embodied a confident and powerful career woman while still showing elegance and vulnerability when needed. Her screen presence was strong, and she made Do Do Hee feel mature and believable without overdoing the cold CEO personality.
Song Kang as Jung Gu Won definitely portrayed the mysterious aura of the character really well in the beginning. He had the charm, coldness, and supernatural presence expected from a demon character, especially during the earlier episodes when the drama focused more on the darker fantasy and thriller elements.
I never read the webtoon and so I don't know how it was for that, but I felt the comedy aspect didn’t work well with this drama. The humor often felt out of place and didn’t blend naturally with the darker and more serious tone of the story. Whenever the drama focused on the suspense, romance, or supernatural elements, it was much more engaging. The tonal shifts between comedy and seriousness sometimes made the pacing feel inconsistent.
One of my biggest issues was Jung Gu Won’s character development. He was introduced as this cold blooded and intimidating demon, but then suddenly became overly soft and completely blinded by love. The problem wasn’t necessarily the romance itself, but how fast the transition happened. It didn’t feel gradual or naturally developed, which made the character shift feel unbelievable. It almost felt like the writers changed his personality overnight rather than slowly building emotional growth over time.
I also felt the drama started taking a different direction around the halfway point. The earlier episodes had a stronger balance of mystery, fantasy, and tension, but later on the story leaned much more heavily into romance and melodrama. Because of that, some of the intrigue and excitement from the beginning started fading away for me. I ended up dropping the drama after episode 11 because the later direction just wasn’t as engaging as the earlier episodes.

The Most Unserious Superheroes Team You’ll Ever Watch
This is a series I was really looking forward to because it stars two of my favorite actors, and I had very high expectations. The unique plot also caught my attention—I was so curious to see how it would turn out. After finishing it, oh my god… this series truly has everything. For me, it’s the best Korean drama of 2026.The series starts off funny right from the beginning. Eun Chae-ni is such an adorable character—everything she does feels hilarious. When you add in the other two, Kang Robin and Son Gyeong-un, it’s absolutely perfect. The three of them constantly doing stupid things makes it so entertaining. Then you throw in Lee Un-jeong, who’s always trying to keep them in line, and it becomes flawless. It’s literally like 3 Minions with Gru. What makes it so much fun and different from other shows is that these characters are genuinely dumb and innocent. Their imperfections and flaws are what make it great—especially when they suddenly get supernatural powers but have no idea how to use them. I also loved the warm and touching relationship between Eun Chae-ni and her grandmother. The backstory of Un-jeong and the origin of the supernatural powers were really well done. The action scenes and CGI were excellent too.
Park Eun-bin is incredibly lovable in this. Her acting is outstanding as always—no need to even say it. She’s undeniably one of the best actresses in Korea. Cha Eun-woo looks incredibly handsome here (though he always does). His performance in this series is further proof for me that he can really act. He’s been doing well since Island and has continued to improve. At first, I wasn’t expecting much from their chemistry, but it turned out to be fantastic. Whether they’re playfully teasing each other or fighting side by side, it’s so good. Im Seong-jae and Choi Dae-hoon also delivered great and hilarious performances. Both have iconic scenes too. The villain team was well executed, and I have to say the chemistry between Cha Eun-woo and Choi Yun-ji was surprisingly good as well.
Overall, this is an excellent series that has it all. It makes you feel a whole range of emotions at the same time. Some scenes that should be sad end up being funny instead. The chemistry among the four leads is perfect—they’ll make you laugh in every single episode. This is the best Korean drama of 2026 for me. 10/10. I highly recommend it, and I’m already begging for Season 2.

Its always the ending..
Its a good story i enjoy it a lot but the ending is really disappointing, but watching cdrama you almost have to expect it. The first time they introduce GL i like her a lot then she become annoying, they really like to introduce an innocent character turn to jealousy. like the ML and FL. overall good. Recommended. Was this review helpful to you?

Strong Mystery, Weak Performances
The Price of Greed had a really strong and intriguing story. The mystery and case solving kept things interesting throughout the series, especially with how each clue slowly connected together over time. The drama did a good job building suspense and making viewers question the motives of different characters. Some of the investigations and twists were genuinely engaging, and the pacing of the mystery made it easy to stay invested from episode to episode. Even when certain parts of the drama felt weak, the mystery element was strong enough to keep the show entertaining.Bosco Wong did a great job. His portrayal of Lui Sau as a police officer was nicely executed, although it didn’t really show anything new that we haven’t already seen from his acting before. Even so, he still managed to carry many of the stronger moments in the drama alongside Kingdom Yuen, who also delivered a standout performance.
On the other hand, Kate Tsui and Sammul Chan gave pretty terrible performances. Their acting felt weak and unconvincing, which made some scenes harder to take seriously.
Shirley Yeung’s acting was also quite annoying at times. Her expressions while singing felt awkward and unnatural, which made those scenes uncomfortable to watch.

Stop doing whatever you were & watch this!
I usually don't drop reviews but it is a must for this. I really don't know what to say because it can't be described in words. Believe me when I say this, in this economy where everyone is obsessed with K-dramas, I've always been a C-drama girly and trust me I dropped every C-drama I touched these days. I just finished this and I'm not okay, I'm crying. 8 episode is enough for a day but I took my time! It's so heartwarming and I don't think I'll be stop thinking about it anytime soon. If my memories betray me someday, I'd love to re-watch it.Was this review helpful to you?
What if you changed every day
First of all, if you are familiar with this story from the kdrama -- these are different stories that merely share the underlying premise of what the "magic" is. BOTH ARE WORTH WATCHING!! <3This one is the movie, and it is very good. I love the underlying premise because it really does ask fundamentally, "Who are you separate from your body?" and "How much of how you are seen, is based on your body?"
These are such important questions, and exploring them in the context of romance is extra interesting.
The vibe of this movie is pretty thoughtful and a bit melancholy; the film style is maybe reminiscent of French film?
One of the only challenges, for me, is that this movie's specific approach to this plot never has the main character have a "baseline" appearance. This makes is a bit harder to invest in the character, but also makes it that much more impressive when the movie *gets you to anyway*
Also the whole furniture maker angle is very cute and charming. Really got me wanting to learn to make furniture!
Which also serves the metaphor very well, as we shape our lives to fit who we are... a person whose identity is less "stable" faces many challenges that a more stable person will not understand. And their loved ones also face their own challenges trying to love someone who is always changing. And this movie takes the time to actually engage these ideas. <3

Must watch K-Drama!
If you haven't watched this rom-com, what are you waiting for? Go watch it now!I cannot talk of romance and comedy together and not bring this drama up. Because it's among the og ones. A narcissistic CEO, overdramatic and low EQ 😂 and his very much capable and mentally stable secretary.
Park Seojoon is indeed a rom-com king. He really does this genre well. His face, body language, deserves a good applause. Park Minyoung is amazing as well. Every scene we can see her being done with her boss 😁 the side characters were great too. The office staff, the bodyguard, main lead's friend, they are all exactly were they need to be, doing exactly what they need to do.
The chemistry is realllyyy good. Ya, that is a big plus point. Especially when the overdramatic scenes calm into something more tense, the spark definitely wouldn't go unnoticed. Intimate scenes - good job hehe 😏😏
Yes! There you are. A good family drama to watch. I'd say one episode a day is the best way to watch 👍🏻
