Predictable, Imperfect, but Full of Heart
Our Sticky Love was honestly such a fun and heartwarming watch for me. It is not a drama with a complicated or groundbreaking story, and the plot is definitely predictable with quite a few familiar tropes, but somehow I still found myself enjoying the journey a lot. The combination of romance, comedy, action, and those wholesome small-town moments made it an easy drama to sit down and enjoy without overthinking everything. What I enjoyed the most was the love story. Tae Ha and Eun Sae had a really sweet dynamic, and I liked how their relationship slowly developed from his protective lie into something genuine. Tae Ha was such a green-flag ML for me. He loved Eun Sae deeply but never tried to take advantage of her situation. Even when she started falling for him, he still wanted her to recover her memories and make her own decision about him. I especially loved how careful he was with her boundaries. His love for her felt sincere rather than possessive.
Tae Ha himself was probably my favorite character. He is quiet, reserved, and sometimes almost hilariously expressionless, but there is so much emotion underneath that exterior. His relationship with his grandmother was another part of his character that I really loved. So much of what he does comes from his love for her and his desire to protect her, even when it costs him everything. Jung Hae In did a great job balancing Tae Ha's softer side with his action scenes and his more serious past.
I also enjoyed Eun Sae more than I expected. I liked that she wasn't simply written as a helpless woman with amnesia. Even without remembering everything, her personality and instincts were still there. She questioned things, noticed inconsistencies, and didn't blindly accept everything Tae Ha told her. I actually enjoyed watching her slowly become suspicious and try to figure out what was really happening. Her confidence and stubbornness also gave their relationship some fun moments.
The village characters were another highlight for me. I genuinely enjoyed watching Eun Sae slowly build relationships with the people there. At first, there were plenty of arguments and misunderstandings, but those relationships gradually turned into genuine affection and support. Tae Ha's relationship with the villagers was also really touching. They cared about him, understood him, and were willing to stand beside him when things became difficult. Some of the funniest moments came from the villagers, and the way everyone eventually came together was one of the most wholesome parts of the drama.
My problem was that while I loved the *characters* from the village, the village itself often felt strangely bland and lifeless. Apart from the main cast and the supporting characters we already knew, there weren't enough people around to make it feel like an actual living community. It often felt like the village existed mainly as a setting for the characters rather than a real place where people lived. I wish we had seen more everyday life, more background characters, and more interaction that made the town feel alive.
The crime and action storyline was entertaining enough, although the plot itself was quite predictable. There were plenty of familiar tropes, including amnesia, fake dating, hidden identities, childhood connections, and criminal conspiracies. Some of the plot developments were also a little too convenient, and there were moments where the logic could have been stronger. Still, I didn't mind it too much because the romance and characters kept me invested.
I also appreciated that the drama didn't make every relationship unnecessarily toxic. Tae Ha's feelings for Eun Sae were genuine, and even though the situation began with a lie, his intentions were about protecting her rather than manipulating her for his own benefit. Their romance eventually became something much more mutual, and that was what worked for me.
The second couple, unfortunately, didn't convince me nearly as much. I liked the idea of their relationship, but I felt that there wasn't enough development to make their eventual romance feel completely earned. Their history and emotional problems were not explored deeply enough for me to become invested in their reconciliation. I kept wondering how I was supposed to believe that a psychiatrist could be so unable to understand or communicate the relationship issues between them. Their storyline needed more buildup, more explanation, and honestly more time together.
The drama also has some tonal issues. There are moments where you go from a cute and fluffy romantic scene straight into something much darker and violent. The contrast could be quite jarring sometimes. I actually enjoyed both sides of the drama, but I think the transitions could have been smoother.
Still, despite all those complaints, I really liked the overall experience. This is the kind of drama I would recommend when you want something fun, romantic, wholesome, and easy to watch. It made me laugh, gave me plenty of cute moments, and I genuinely became attached to the characters. The story may not be particularly original, but the romance gave it enough charm to make the predictable parts easy to overlook.
The ending was also satisfying, which definitely helped my overall impression. After everything the characters went through, I wanted something warm and happy, and the drama delivered that.
Overall, Our Sticky Love was not perfect, and I can understand why some people might find the plot too cliché or the village storyline too underdeveloped. But personally, I came for the romance and ended up staying for the characters. The village itself may have felt a little empty, the second couple needed much more development, and the plot could have been more original, but Tae Ha and Eun Sae's love story was sweet enough to make the whole journey worthwhile.
Sometimes I don't need a drama to reinvent the genre. Sometimes I just want good chemistry, characters I enjoy watching, some laughs, a little angst, and a happy ending. Our Sticky Love gave me exactly that.

Revenge Was the Hook. Love, Loyalty, and Chosen Family Were the Story.
Revenged Love starts with a premise that sounds almost ridiculous: after being dumped by his girlfriend for being poor and letting himself go, Wu Suowei reinvents himself and decides to seduce her wealthy boyfriend, Chi Cheng, as revenge. That setup could easily have produced a silly revenge-romance. Instead, the drama gradually becomes something much richer: a story about obsession, betrayal, friendship, grief, family, sacrifice, and the difference between possessing someone and actually loving them.
What impressed me most was the character development. Suowei begins with an ulterior motive, but his feelings for Chi Cheng become real long before he is willing to admit how deeply he has fallen. Chi Cheng, meanwhile, initially presents himself as someone who only wants casual relationships, but his actions repeatedly reveal the opposite. He is patient, protective, emotionally invested, and deeply loyal. Some of the strongest demonstrations of love in this drama have nothing to do with physical intimacy at all.
One of the most moving storylines involves Suowei’s mother. Chi Cheng quietly takes responsibility for her care during her illness, spending nights at the hospital, making sure she eats, takes her medication, and receives the best care he can provide. His funeral wreath later reads “From son, Chi Cheng,” which says more about how fully he had joined Suowei’s family than any romantic declaration could have.
I do wish the drama had given that storyline a stronger payoff. Suowei never really has the moment of fully acknowledging that all those nights he thought Chi Cheng might be with someone else, Chi Cheng was actually caring for his dying mother. That was such an important source of misunderstanding between them that it deserved a direct conversation.
The late-series breakup also relied more heavily than I would have liked on the kind of misunderstanding that could have been resolved with one honest conversation. That is probably my biggest frustration with the drama.
But the strengths outweigh those weaknesses by a lot.
Gu Chengyu became one of my favorite characters. Early on, he seems potentially dangerous because he knows so much about everyone and is difficult to read. Over time, however, it becomes clear that one of his defining qualities is that he does not weaponize the information he holds. He helps people quietly, protects them without demanding credit, supports Chi Cheng through heartbreak, helps Xiao Shuai confront an old trauma, and ultimately expands Xiao Shuai’s clinic as a betrothal gift.
His line to Xiao Shuai near the end was one of my favorites:
“Shuaishuai, you can be responsible for loving the world, and I’ll be responsible for loving you.”
That encapsulates their relationship beautifully. Xiao Shuai is someone who instinctively cares for everyone around him; Chengyu does not ask him to become less compassionate. He simply promises that someone will care for him too.
Wang Shuo is another standout character, though for completely different reasons. His obsession with Chi Cheng is unsettling because the drama understands that love and possession are not the same thing. One of the best explanations of his character comes through an old childhood story: even as a child, if he could not have something entirely for himself, he would rather destroy it than share it. That same psychology drives much of his adult behavior.
His relationship with Wang Zhen is also fascinating, especially after the late reveal that they are not biologically related. The show never fully spells out where that relationship ultimately goes, but it gives more than enough material to make the subtext very interesting.
The final episodes bring the family themes full circle. Suowei’s mother accepts Chi Cheng before she dies. Later, Chi Cheng’s mother apologizes to Suowei for blaming him and tells her husband that their son loves a man and that reality is not going to change. Her argument is wonderfully simple: he can either lose his son or gain another one.
And Suowei meeting Chi Cheng’s father after being kidnapped by him produced one of the funniest moments in the entire drama.
“Do you know who I am?”
“Yes. You’re my father-in-law.”
Perfect. 😂
The ending itself is gentle and satisfying. After Suowei sells his mother’s house and gives up virtually everything he owns to help free Chi Cheng from a false tax-evasion charge, Chi Cheng later buys the house back for him. When he discovers that the buyers removed an important tree despite promising not to, he even tracks down the original tree and has it replanted.
That gesture feels like Chi Cheng in its purest form. He does not simply replace what Suowei lost. He restores his home.
The drama contains relatively little physical intimacy for a BL, but I never felt it needed more. The relationships were established through actions, sacrifice, loyalty, jealousy, grief, humor, and everyday tenderness. The story carried the romance rather than relying on intimacy to carry the story.
Revenged Love is not a life-changing masterpiece, and it has a few frustrating plotting choices, but it is an engaging, emotionally layered drama with memorable characters and a genuinely satisfying ending.

Decent watch, where you can shut your brain off and just watch.
I could see this being some peoples comfortable but it was just not for me. It's the type of series where you can sort of shut your brain off and just keep watching, It has a few good elements to it but it gets kind of boring after awhile. The lesson from the story is decent I guess but other than that I wouldn't really recommend this as high as I would other drama series. Decent, but not exactly the best.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
A very cute romantic law drama that I really enjoyed and would recommend it!!
I really didn't enjoy the few first scenes of the drama, but then it really absorbed me, the mains were really killing the visuals and acting, not to mention the female lead is so cute and smart. It is not just a normal law romantic drama, it's something worth mentioning to a bunch of friends, I mentioned it to my mother and sister and they both loved it my sister mentioned that she would rewatch it when she is free, and my mom kept laughing at every single scene she watched, I felt so proud and was very happy that I found something that could make me happy could make my friends and family happy, however they know the actress because of the Chinese drama "The First Frost" which I still haven't finished due to other Chinese dramas, but I won't drop it cause I LOVE Bai Jingting, and the actress of course I mean who wouldn't love her. The trope was really nice until he started saying that the best law company is his and when she found out that she got a job because the other boss liked her sister, she was sad and thought that everyone would look down on her, but actually no one did, she just felt something was wrong and corrected it, some things were really really annoying but the story must go on, so i wont dwell on it, just some of her actions could've been taken more seriously and in a better way. Another thing that annoyed me was that there wasn't any music almost there was just a few scenes. The second couple were really something!! Bro liked her since high school and still does dang! Anyways, very recommended!! But if you don't like a bit slow dramas with a lot of things happening at the same time, I wouldn't say I really really really recommend it.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
Dropped
Reason survival of the fitestEpisode 5 whats happening wow lets start a new drama inside a drama which will completely change the original idea but lets make sure to add lot of romance. So only pros would drop it
I watch almost all dramas from the realise itself
i don't even miss any sadly yeap addiction
It says that to notice a change in a stimulus, the change has to be large enough relative to the original stimulus. Weber's law.
They achieved it in episode 5 so i dropped it. But they failed the long game

The best youth romantic drama. A must watch.
For the furthest that I can remember I think this was my first ever Chinese drama, because I heard many things about it so I just thought I would give it a try, I still remember though, that I was watching it during my middle school (I don't exactly remember which grade if 4-5-or 6), but I still remember that I used to finish my school work immediately after I eat just to make sure that I finish it while I'm free and not under pressure I would even sometimes defy my mom on my sleep schedule which is something I don't usually do, but it really absorbed me. Anyways, to the plot, the reason why the storyline is 9.5 is because, um, I lowkey cringed out at first but then got used to it and actually found it quite heart fluttering and giggly so I accepted it, I won't say I didn't rewatch it but I would sometimes skip those embarrassing moments and sometimes I would even love them at some point, she's sometimes unintentionally cute embarrassing and cute. No wonder bro folded so quickly, Rang Rang is such a green flag and someone to die for, didn't know he would choose engineering there might be some story behind that but it's fine!! I loved their squad-with guan fang, but I wish they showed guan fang falling in love at least at the last episode, but still they still have my favorite friendship badge like I watched many youth dramas with romance and friendships but this one hits hard. The second couple are really cute like really cute, very nice that they at least had one and a half episode of their relationship and they finally got married anyways really recommended and hope you enjoy!!Esta resenha foi útil para você?

Boi are you Gelly?
Wow this was MESSY. We've got the core 4 friends in this and the teen angst is strong with this one. It reminded me so much of 'Gameboys' and 'ITSAY' (which duh makes sense same director of ITSAY) in how it puts more emphasis on the cinematography and editing/use of colour. Seriously the editing style in this was awesome, one of the best I've seen in queer Thai media. The Y2K styling too in the outfits, nails, etc made me so happy. The gel manicures from these boys were giving me LIFE!I’m also glad all these “high schoolers” are played by mid to late 20year olds lol. Because when they were making out I was like uhhhhhhhh...oh yeah! These are actually adults!
So with the plot. I think the aesthetics of the show out shadows the plot quite a bit, it can get kind of slow and cumbersome but nothing that held me back from wanting to see more. Like in ITSAY, these are meant to be teens so take some of the antics with that in mind. You're going to be stupid as a teen, and possibly hurt others feelings in the process! But each character is a good person at their core and ultimately figuring themselves out. So Chian stringing along Mod for a hot minute was pretty much the same thing Bua was doing, just in a different font! Same with what Fou was doing to Baabin. You like who you like romantically and it can be heartbreaking. I wanted to hug each of them so badly when they cried! But its part of life and you navigate.
Super excited for a season 2!

Some of the best psychological romantic sports drama I've ever seen.
This drama has exceeded my expectations, from visuals, to storyline, to plot twists, to every single scene, I loved the way the team developed, the way the mains got introduced, the way he fell first she fell harder, EVERY.SINGLE.SCENE. First of I want to talk about the female lead, her story was very heartbreaking (and so was the male lead but we'll get to that later), basically distrust can really hurt someone and so can rumors, they can ruin someone's life. About the male lead... poor him, traumatized of taking over a football team, and afraid of being responsible and failing for a second time, not knowing that it wasn't really his fault, it was other people's faultS, yes, many people were involved in this thing he was investigating (I'm trying not to reveal ANY spoilers cuz its best to watch it like this). Honestly, I didn't want to watch it, but my mom told me she was searching for a drama with a cute female lead and I immediately thought of Esther Yu, in every single drama even if she was the villain she was very cute (I think), and she really didn't fail. In the end, some things remain unsolved which really made me crash out just a bit, like what happened to the members of the team in detail? What about the male lead's sister's romantic life? I was so absorbed into this drama that I thought that there would be a second couple, dang that hit hard, what about the female lead's job? I hope there will be a special or a season two cuz I'm watching it. To be honest, I almost dropped it because I thought the female lead was really the person that the male lead was searching for, but thank goodness those clips convinced me, I didn't see any spoilers about her or the person, I don't even watch sad ending and I thought to myself, even if it turns out to be a bad ending I will still watch it no matter what, and look what happened. Very recommended down there will be if it is a happy ending or a sad one if you don't want to see don't see it cause it does count as a spoiler? It is a happy ending; the main couple end up together everything is resolved.

IU and Byeon Woo-seok aesthetic 10/10Honestly this is a drama you will watch if you are fan dumb, if you are not please..don't
i seriously felt absolutely stupid after all 12 episode.
what a waste of time, i don't even like byeon woo seok anymore thanks to this trash of a drama.
the ending almost blew my mind not in a good way.
They stretched an Instagram Reel’s worth of plot into 12 episodes.
Honestly people don't watch it.
Lets be real all the people who gave 10/10 its just for the cast IU and Byeon Woo-seok.
If you are watching this for all those cute moments just watch 10 reels.

The best historical mystery drama for me.
How am I supposed to write how good this drama is??I loved EVERYTHING in this drama, the romance, the cast, the plot twists with mystery solving, the female lead being so bold with her solving, her being smart and an independent woman is everything I need in a drama that is 40 episodes. Some people are hating on her character saying that she is too smart or annoying\unromantic sometimes, however that is one of the main reasons why I loved her, she never lets anyone steal her man, steal her job (which no one dares to do), and how clever she is in both solving mysteries and in life. Her man, DUDE straight out of a fantasy story, what the actual hell with his AMAZING visuals, bro fell in love with her at first sight, like dude was head over heels, he was MESMERIZED, I mean she is someone to get mesmerized by just looking at her. The second couple (Princess Ning and Prince Yan Li), I LOVED THEM, but the director\producer did them dirty and didn't let them have enough screentime for their romantic era, even though Bai Fang and Fu Ling are supports I kinda felt they had more screentime than the second couple and they even counted as "main roles" I really wish they will have in the future more romantic dramas with each other, we will get one with Yan Chi and Yue Ning but what about Yue Ning and Yan Li?? Anyways the music.... I thought that such an amazing drama with stunning visuals, detailed background and items, perfect storyline would make the music very outstanding, if you listen to the music alone, on YouTube its VERY GOOD, so why didn't they include that much music is just not enjoyable for someone who listens to a lot of osts. Anywayss, this drama is one of the best dramas I've ever watched, and I REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY RECOMMEND IT!!Esta resenha foi útil para você?
This drama is facing lookism disadvantage.
This is that one drama for people who care about acting, story... ...... etcAll things covered each episode is getting better and better.
But It Ain't that popular
Beacause reason is lack of beauty privilege, unnecessary hyping.
Trust me its 100percenge better than perfect crown which we all watched for the asthetics.

Perfect leads, perfect acting, perfect second and third couples,MUST WATCH.
Okay, so this is lowkey my first time writing a review. So the reason why I ended up watching this drama is because I was searching dramas for Cheng since I loved his role in Coroner's Diary, it was a show i rewatched it whole for like 7 times because of how good it was. I'm hoping in the future to see him act with Yu (Princess Ning Yue) from Coroner's Diary. The reason why I loved this drama not only because I was searching for amazing visuals, basic storyline, giggly romance, and something worth my time before school starting, I loved everything about this drama, just hoped that the third couple would get more screentime but it's fine since it's obvious he likes her. This is your sign\chance to watch this drama if you want a ROMANTIC drama, very but not that very simple storyline, amazing visuals, this drama is for you. However, at the beginning, I lowkey hated the female lead, and I hate myself for that, like she was a bit annoying with her lying but then we got over it. The reason why I rated the music so low is because there was no music like lyrics except once in the car, I love Chinese osts they always speak different to me, I hope the rest of the dramas I watch the music and lyrics will be very clear, I personally rewatch dramas when I can't find something else to watch, but this drama is not my style to rewatch it is a one-watch-drama and it is really worth it. I get the hype and I will recommend it to someone with free time and enjoys basic storyline sometimes like me.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
